Unprofessional and incompetent. Jorge charged me $2200 just to make a blueprint and pull a permit before the project starts. He started the permit wrong, made me wait for six months and then completely ghosted me without returning my money.
Details: One car • Roll up doors • Automatic garage door opener • Stand alone building • Home • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want

the city should have gone to inspect, since a change in that direction is regulated by the city, unfortunately, the waiting time is too long, I have another similar project and I asked for permission before and it still hasn't come out, the city is very behind schedule..
