There are no hidden fees, and I can provide discounts for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). My goal is to provide fair rates while delivering top-quality cleaning.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“First, I listen to the customer’s needs and expectations. Then, I provide a free estimate and explain the best cleaning plan. Once we agree, I bring all the necessary supplies (unless the customer prefers their own) and make sure to check in at the end so the client is 100% happy.”
