Rates:
Hourly rate + truck fee (please call / text us for details). No "heavy item fee", no "stairs fee", no "mileage fee", literally no other fees except hourly rate and truck fee. Minimum order is 2 hours.

From start to finish, this moving company exceeded our expectations. The team was punctual, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. They unloaded two -16 foot pods in less than two hours and placed the items within our home, ensuring no damage occurred during any of this process. Some of our items were very heavy and they were very knowledgeable with best practices. The communication was excellent, keeping us updated on the progress. The pricing was transparent and fair, and the entire experience was stress-free. I highly recommend this company for any moving needs!

They were very careful moving my belongings and wrapped all my furniture so nothing was damaged during the move. No dings in the walls or nothing which was impressive because the hallways are pretty narrow at my new place. They went straight from my old house to my new house which was nice so I didn’t have to pay extra. (the last moving company I hired took an extra hour to get from my old house to new house on my dime) so I appreciate the honesty in drive time. They were really friendly, professional, hardworking guys! I would definitely rehire them in the future!

I was so happy with the service I received from John Frank Moving Company. Scheduling was very simple. They were also extremely responsive when I made a change, just one day before the move. I was out of town during this move, and my sister was the point of contact that worked alongside them. She has used several moving companies in the past, and she said that working with John Frank moving company was the best experience she has had for moving. They were punctual, very friendly, and had clear communication. They went above and beyond what was expected. Half of my furniture is still at my previous residence for staging. And when the house sells, I will be contacting John Frank moving company again to do the final move. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

I rated them 4 instead of 5 because their scheduler didn't account for the time that they were supposed to be at my home, so they arrived late. Otherwise, the service was great! The movers were excellent and did the job faster than expected. They disassembled my couch bed, moved it, then reassembled it, moving it exactly where I needed it. I definitely recommend them, but when you schedule them, double-check with them the day before to make sure you are on their schedule correctly.
