Helped with hanging pictures & mirror (in an earthquake preparedness way), strapped big furniture to the walls (earthquake preparedness), installed grab bars/fixtures in bathrooms, attach painting to Lutron mount over TV, put earthquake locks on kitchen & bathroom cabinets/drawers, change air filters, research hardware where needed advice.
Ernesto and his crew showed up at 8:30 and started to work. What a dedicated team. They did everything we agreed on, good things I didn't expect and bent over backwards to make sure I was completely happy with the product (sod) and the job. I'd happily provide pictures, a recommendation or both to anybody thinking about hiring him. I would certainly call him first when future projects come along.
Jeff was great. He removed a wall and rebuilt the wall with a door. He's the first contractor we've ever hired, and I really appreciated his patience with us and flexibility with timing and our indecision. I also appreciated that he was very open, knowledgeable, and honest about the different building codes and laws that may come into play.
My situation was a bit of an oddball request. I didn't need "polished concrete with exposed aggregate" - I was simply patching a foundation for my remodel and needed some extra muscle to move and float about 4 yards.
The estimates I rec'd from other companies were flat out ridiculous for what was less than 4 hours of work with me helping. In this day and age it seems everyone works hard to NOT work. Not THESE guys! They mean business and aren't shy about rolling up their sleeves to knock it out.
I would recommend them to the homeowner/DIY'er that needs an extra hand or anyone that is tired of playing games with "craigslist" companies.
Thanks again, guys! I'm onto the framing train!
- Ground clearing
- Re-seed/sod the grass lawn
Had a minor equipment issue, that however did not affect the projected project end date.
The crew is polite and respectful while on site and to surrounding neighbors. If we had any questions or concerns they were great at addressing them.
Would we ask them to help with more work? Without a doubt, yes!
Would we recommend them to any friends or family? You bet!
Everything went exactly as I had hoped. Mr Pedersen was on time, friendly, had the right equipment, quickly and efficiently did the job. I will keep his card and definitely use him again. A very pleasant experience!
Jeff did an outstanding job getting my yard back into shape in a very short time at the discussed price. Will be using his services for yard maintenance as well as several additional handyman services.
Fenter Electric is A+++! Response time for my request for quote was amazingly fast and accurate. Dylan arrived on-time for the appointment, with all the necessary tools and equipment and immediately got to work. There were a few challenges thrown Dylan’s way upon installation of new LED recessed lighting - My home is over 100 years old and the light fixture clearance in the ceiling was not ideal, but Dylan was able to find a solution to ensure the lights were installed safely and also maintain the aesthetic value of the ceiling. Dylan was able to complete the job in a timely manner, well exceeding my expectations. I’m so very happy with the new recessed lights – they are energy efficient and really give the room a new look and feel compared to the previous flush-mount lights. I’m thrilled to finally have an electrician I can count on and will surely use Fenter Electric for all my future electrical needs.
Chad came prepared to work. He had his equipment in working shape, spare parts, tools, gas, diesel. Had packed a lunch, had a hat, work gloves, water.
...and he worked didn't answer phones, text or waste time. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and work ethic.
Jon came in a helped me (a do-it-yourselfer) finish off a room that I didn't have the skills or equipment to do right. Jon's willingness to work with the client's situation made him a perfect fit for us.
Jon has high integrity and is a pleasure to work with.
Responded with a quote within an hour. Jay came to my house to make sure I would be using the right equipment to mount my tvs with. He came to my house a few days later to complete the work. Will call again if I need help with anything around the house.
We origina;;y scheduled the work for a Friday but the weather didn't play along. We rescheduled for Saturday morning. Thomas was there bright and early and got everything taken care of a couple hours. The work looks good the price was right and we can't wait to use the fireplace a again.
Pat offered a very reasonable price for his services. He took down the rest of a mature Apple tree that had fallen over, removed a dried out pyramidalis, an over 40 ft blue spruce in a precarious spot, and trimmed up very large limbs off 2 different cedar trees. He also had a young assistant who was very instrumental in completing the job. If there were any improvements recommended, it would be to have a larger vessel for removing debris in a more timely fashion. He might have also saved some time if he had all the equipment available when needed. We also were flexible. Pat was very interested in pleasing the customer and overall we were pleased. Definitely a very hard worker.
