If you are an absolute beginner or have “two left feet” and no rhythm, don't worry. We specialize in taking total beginners from zero skills to the level of ease and confidence of a skilled dancer.
We offer wonderful kids and youth dance classes in Jazz, Hiphop, Ballroom and Latin, including an award winning Twinkle Star Dance program for pre-schoolers (ages 3 to 6).

My wife and I found Natasha and LaVida Dance & Yoga Studio through Thumbtack. We were just over a week away from our wedding, and we realized that we needed help for our first dance—quick! Natasha scheduled us in for a three-hour private lesson at her studio. She assessed our skill level (beginners), and then worked with us through several moves. By the end, she had choreographed our entire dance to the song! We practiced at home a few times during the following week, and on our wedding day, we danced the whole song as choreographed by Natasha without missing a step! Our wedding guests were so impressed, and we owe a huge Thank You to Natasha for her patience and mastery of dance. We hope to take one of the many classes at LaVida Studio in the near future!

We hired the team to teach our guests how to dance at our wedding. I was kind of expecting them to learn how to dance our first dance as a slow couple dance (waltz etc...) then something else more fun afterwards. But I guess the communication was not clear so we were only taught Bachata/Salsa. Overall, it was fun though. Thanks!
