Eric Parker repaired my charging issues with my iPhone 5 by replacing the screen and the charging port. I also had him help with virus removal of the family laptop and installation of updated office. All systems are up and working well. He was efficient, affordable, competent and very professional. I would highly recommend him to others!

My laptop picked up several viruses and was a mess. I contacted Norton for help and support, only to spend several hours on the phone with them, and eventually was told they are not able to fix it and advised me to call Lenovo. Again, I was on the phone for hours with no resolution.
I was referred to, Eric Parker, from a friend. I called, Eric, dropped my laptop off at lunch and was able to pick it up on my way home the same day.
