We worked with Shelby for almost a whole year to plan our wedding. We were out of state for most of the time, but she was great with using Skype and keeping a timeline of tasks. We would have regular meetings to go over ideas or plans, but she was always available and answered in a timely manner if we had a question outside of our meetings. The most important aspect is that she really listened to what we wanted and the day turned out better than I could have imagined! Shelby made the whole process stress free and we didn't have to worry about anything the day of. I would highly recommend her for any party/wedding planning or decorating/designing needs.

Karen planned my son's 6th birthday party. She and her assistant were both fabulous. The party was lovely and Karen managed all of the details so that I was free to mingle with our guests. She also did a great job of mingling with the guests as well. I hope to work with Karen again in the future.
I hired Mary to plan and coordinate for my husband's surprise 40th birthday party for approximately 80 adults and children. Mary exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Mary was always available to answer my questions and I felt like my party was her priority. Mary listened to me and my ideas and was able to see my "vision" for the event and went above and beyond when it came to executing the details. Mary was prompt, professional, organized, detail orientated, and her staff was extremely courteous. We will absolutely refer Mary/Mardee's Design and use her services again in the future!
Royal India catered my husband's birthday party. Many quests complimented the food. Prior to party, the manager Aeisha met us in person at the restaurant to sample food and select menu. She made great recommendations. The buffet they set looked beautiful.

Hannah was the day-of-coordinator for my wedding in Sept, 2015. She was professional, friendly to all (guests, family, and vendors), and always calm. I had a large wedding, with a huge wedding party, and there a few decorating mishaps along the way. But Hannah dealt with everything with wit, poise, and firmness. I would hire for her any and all events!
The Yelp Elite party was a HUGE success! The decor was amazing and very appropriate for the time of year. Duos catering and location were two excellent choices on Innovative Events' part. I think my favorite aspect though, was how well they catered to their audience. Between ages 21 and 45 is a massive gap as far as tastes and preferences go, and between the food, booze, and games they nailed it!
Steven helped me with planning a birthday party located in Tacoma WA at the Start Center facility. We used Close to Creative for my son's 3rd birthday party, and it was perfect! Elliott is really into the Octonauts, so the Close to Creative team created a whole Octonauts/underwater adventure theme for him. There were elaborate reefs (both edible and non-edible), tons of sea creatures, and a gorgeous jellyfish hanging over it all. The food was all ocean themed and delicious. They had me use Pinterest to communicate my vision, then took it from there. Using the Pinterest medium was so easy and providing visuals like that left no ambiguity in either of our minds about what we were looking for. Elliott had a great time and still talks about his Octonauts birthday, months later. I was too busy watching him marvel at everything to take many pictures myself, but the Close to Creative Team captured it all, so check out their website!
Well what can we say about Rachel? She is amazing and to put up with my husband she also is patient and kind. She kept everything and everyone on a schedule we agreed upon. She took our ideas for decorating and made them beautiful well put together and it was a event our friends are still talking about. Rachael is the best coordinator around and u will not be disappointed with anything. Rachael is willing to go above and beyond to make your day special . She makes herself available for any and all questions. We rate her a 10 and a must have for your event.
Piece of Cake helped plan and coordinate my brother's wedding, and I don't think we could have done it without her!
