I have extensive experience in post-rehab/injury prevention and weight loss. I aim to make your personal training experience enjoyable and fun! My goal is to ensure that you leave every workout feeling better than when you walked in. You will absolutely feel tired, but you will also feel accomplished, energized, and motivated to continue on your fitness journey. I enjoy guiding clients on their journey to reach their health and fitness goals. It is extremely rewarding to be able to have such a profound impact on someone's life. I love seeing the lightbulb go off when my clients realize that they can achieve their goal without fad diets or extreme workouts, but with consistency, accountability, and dedication.

I ended up meeting Mi as my personal trainer and I was exremely happy with the way he understood my goal and constantly working with me to help my goals. I have a lower back problem and cervical spine issues. So I was not so flexible in lifting weights and working out. Mi helped me in identifying my weak spots and teaching me different ways to build strength in those areas. I was able to do more and different workout than I used to do before. He is really a cool guy to work with and is serious about his clients. I strongly recommend him.

Micah is hands down the best personal trainer I've worked with. He has a no nonsense, data based approach to training. He doesn't subscribe to the latest fad in diet and exercise. He sticks to what is known and proven to work. In my experience when I've stuck to the protocol he prescribes them I've gotten results every time! Whether it's weight loss or strength gain, he seems to know exactly what my body needs. And when it doesn't quite work the first time, we analyze, adapt, and the results are soon to follow. Can't wait to meet with him again soon!

Micah is a fantastic trainer. Aside from being a super friendly guy, he tailors every workout to the areas I'd like to work on and will adjust during a session based on how my body feels that day. The workouts are approachable enough that I can do them on my own, and I've been seeing real progress every month by following his routines.
