- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In LIVE training: Payment Option 1 - $40 per session (no commitment, no guarantees, exercise as often as available, quit whenever you want) Payment Option 2 - Pay in full up-front and SAVE 10% ($144) - $1296* (This is a commitment option, where you commit to full 36 sessions, in a pace you prefer. An advantage of this option is that you can complete the full 36 sessions in your own time frame) Payment Option 3 - Monthly payment of $480 for 3 months* (This option is for people with high goals and with a most commitment. You are committing to an exercise 3x a week for 12 weeks. The advantage is a low monthly payment and better results) *no money back guaranteed Pro-Coach On-Line Workouts. ProCoach Workouts is an optional program and, as such, the cost to upgrade is $49 USD per month. Here at PN, we've always included workouts in our coaching programs. Now you can have access to our database of expertly-designed workout programs and use them with clients who choose to workout as well. We offer clients comprehensive exercise programs that seamlessly integrate with their lessons and habits, maximizing their results. -28 expert-designed workout programs for men and women. -Fully integrated into ProCoach for one seamless client experience. -Covers all common goals, skill levels, injuries & limitations. -Programs include HD video demos and detailed written explanations. -Clients can choose harder / easier options for each exercise. -Proven effective in both in-person and online coaching environments. Plus each workout track contains: -Modifications for every exercise, allowing selected clients to adjust any workout based on their current capabilities. -Hundreds of HD videos and instructions on how to do each movement. -Three variations of each workout (full workout, abbreviated workout, at-home workout) for whatever client's day brings. Workouts are delivered just like the daily nutrition habits via a card within the ProCoach platform. In this card you (client) will be given your workout for the day. And you'll be instructed via photos, high quality narrated video, and text descriptions. Each day, each client has the ability to choose from a menu of 4 options depending on the time they have available or their ability to get to the gym: 1) The full workout, 2) A shortened 30-min version of the workout, 3) An at-home version of the workout, 4) Doing my own thing. For each individual exercise, on any given day, the client (you) also has the ability to choose an appropriate progression (harder) or regression (easier) based on their skill level, or pain, or any other need. Clients (you) will mark off whether they've done their exercise for the day via a card just like their habit cards each day. And exercise consistency will be tracked in your progress area. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a clients for FREE consultation and FREE fit test at the location of her/his choice. We'll figure out together goals and set the proper program. From there, it's all about your willingness and accountability to come to those classes and keep in pushing your self, digging deep and bring it very time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes absolutely. Fitness and health industry is constantly changing and new information is always vital and important. I as a certified instructor have always extra information available, that you just wont get by buying the program.
