- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is 50$ for 30 minutes for a single session, 45$ a session if purchased in a package. I can also work with you to either setup a payment plan, or make the sessions more economically feasible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask all of my clients a set of preliminary questions to attain a thorough idea of exactly what they want accomplish. I find out what exactly they hope to achieve through our time together, their medical histories, their current and past fitness regimes, and current lifestyles to pinpoint any obstacles keeping them from achieving their goals. Doing so helps me to craft the exact workout that would be of the utmost benefit, down to intensity, type, and focus.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA certified Personal Trainer, and a certified Total Body Tabata Instructor. I am also certified in Group Fitness, and teach XFit Bootcamp at theSeattleGYM. I have held a passion for fitness and physical exercise my entire life. I understand the hindrances and difficulties in maintaining strength and health, and struggle with the same things all of us trying to stay in shape do. It's because of this I feel I am so well equipped to tailor regimes that will work for each individual. I played all sports growing up, and have an extensive dance background. Whatever my client enjoys, I will strive to incorporate as much of their favorite activity into the workouts.
