Gina is a phenomenal yoga instructor. I really appreciate her focus on doing postures right, being mindful of the body, not just going through the motions just for the sake of aerobics. I've done yoga for a few years; I was familiar with most poses I needed, but it felt like I haven't made any progress for a while. Gina gave me exactly what I needed: lots of small adjustments in postures that I wasn't doing quite right, but was not aware of. Feels like I made enormous progress. I also love Gina's ability to seamlessly adjust the course of the practice to address her students' problem areas. She has a deep understanding of the body, and also the spiritual aspects of yoga. Her classes are always a highlight of my day.

Krystina is an amazing instructor! She helped me get back into the groove of yoga after stopping a few years ago. Her 'all levels' classes are truly for all levels of flexibility and strength, as she adapts her class work to meet the needs of every participant. She is very passionate about what she teaches, and I would recommend her classes to anyone.

I love Chris' yoga class. She provides enough consistency to improve poses, but enough weekly variation to learn new poses and keep it challenging. Her class is the first class after years of doing yoga where I was finally able to do crow pose. I highly recommend Yoga by Chris!

Meagan's custom private classes are great! The class is tailored to the students (sometimes on the fly when she knows we want more or less) and the instructions are clear and encouraging. She's professional, but down-to-earth as well. Love!

Highly recommend. I am an intermediate yogi and was looking for a bit more 1on1 instruction compared to studios. Lilia was so great and very knowledgable. I had an ankle injury and she was able to customize the sequence on the spot when I told her. Thanks Lilia for a great session!

Barbara is a natural at providing excellence in her profession as a Nutritionist and wellness coach! I have found her to be a positive and compassionate role model. She is a wonderful support in my desire to make positive life style changes to improve my health and wellness. Her knowledge and background in Nutrition and Yoga has been an inspiration to me. I really enjoyed my session today. I never really considered yoga or thought it had any real use, but I was so wrong. Almost, immediately my body felt better, which made me feel great.

Athena taught a wonderful Yoga class. Although her method was gentle and warm, the class was challenging enough to leave me pleasantly sore the next day. She helped me learn some new poses and refine the ones I have done before.

I would recommend Heather to anyone. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and needed from a yoga instructor and has the patience of Job. Her instruction style is confident and she really helps people beginning to understand and do yoga in a way that is good for them. I will recommend her out every chance I get.

      About

Pedal, stretch, and breathe. I am a yoga instructor who focuses on yoga for cyclists. In my class, I am to hold space for students to explore the sensations present in their body with curiosity. I encourage mindful spontaneity with a pinch of playfulness. I believe that yoga and bicycling greatly inform each other on both physical and mental level. Both are great tools for connecting people to their bodies and the present. I want to take my yoga out of the studio and put it on the bike path. It is my hope to bring yoga to more bike rides and riders, showing them how to stretch without a mat and even using your bicycle as a prop.

All jokes aside though, proper alignment, muscle engagement and breathing are of paramount importance in this yoga practice.
