We got the roof redone that had a deck on it. It is a small area (135 sq ft). The current roof did not drain properly because of a lack of pitch on the roof towards the drainage area. The folks at Sky Roofing Renovations did an excellent job addressing the issue. They installed a new PVC membrane, and I am hoping the new membrane will last for a long time.

The owner of Sky roofing renovations, Carlos, responded really quick and scheduled the roof replacement for us within two weeks. We have a one story house, but due to the previous owner installed the roof by herself without removed the old roof. Carlos and his team worked really hard to remove three layers roof and installed the whole new plywood and roof for us. Not an easy project but they did a great job!
