I've owned a condo in Lakeview for about 9 years, and it's managed by another management company. Our management fees have gone up regularly, and we have been hit with special fees after the "projects". Not to mention, getting issues/concerns dealt was virtually impossible. I thought this was the way property management went, and I had to deal with it. When I got married, I became more involved with my husband’s condo, and the dealings with his property management company, APMPros, Let me tell you, I have been blown away by the major differences! This is the first time we used a property manager for our rental. We were impressed by her friendly manner and her complete professionalism. She pointed out things that needed to be improved without sounding authoritarian or demeaning and had an extremely good eye for detail. She knew the market and neighborhood so were delighted when she said she felt the apartment was worth more than we expected. Now we have a lovely family who appreciates the apartment and all our efforts to make it comfortable for them and more important is taking care of it like a home. We also liked the fact that the paperwork was done properly, in great detail and gave us the confidence that everything should anything unfortunate happen. We will always use Christy for any real estate needs we may have in the future and highly recommend her for anyone needing professional help.

SJC provides a complete property management services offering. Jason Clifford is my primary contact and management my account with 10+ tenant units for over 10 years. In that time, Jason and his team provided professional and quality results. As investment real estate owners know, managing the day-to-day operations of rental properties requires significant time and effort. Above the property management requirements, there is tenant management. Lease management, rent collection, and all of the challenges associated can be an emotional drain for all involved. It is a blessing to have SJC manage and insulate those challenges to maximize my time for other work and personal activities. Given SJC's large inventory of client properties, they are highly efficient and respond in an extraordinarily timely way. They deliver on schedule with rarely miss deadlines. A friend referred us to Josh after we found out we were going to be moving out of Seattle for my husband’s job. He managed our property for us for several years and always found good tenants that paid rent on time, so we never had to worry about making our mortgage payments. When it was time for us to sell Josh helped to quickly sell the property at top dollar after helping us coordinate some presale improvements. He and his staff at Acres are knowledgeable trustworthy and consistently responded to our needs right awayt. I would highly recommend Josh for managing or selling any property.

I've been a client of T-Square Properties for my rental home for the past 2 years going on 3. They are friendly, highly trained and responsive, literally, I get a response within a business day, phone, email, even texts! They are easy to get a hold of and are specialized by departments: leasing, accounting, maintenance, etc. The leasing team visited my home within a couple days of signing on and made their recommendations and allowed me to do some of the work myself. My home was rented within a few days of being listed and the tenants are taking great care of my home. I know this, because they send me a periodic survey report along with pictures every few months. I know my home is in good hands with T-Square Properties and highly recommend them. In fact, I've referred a couple people and they have been very happy as well!
