I needed help moving a piano from the second story of my neighbor's home to the first floor of my home about 2 miles away. Preston was super responsive to my request for a quote and asked questions to help determine how many movers would be needed for the job. The quote was very reasonable! Also, the crew arrived on time and moved the piano out of my neighbor's home and into mine with great care and professionalism. Would highly recommend for any moving needs!

They arrived on time, were very efficient and knowledgeable about pianos. They also took extra measure to protect the piano throughout the move. They are by far the best piano movers I have ever used.

Integrity Moving & Delivery Services is hands down the best piano moving company that I've ever worked with. The communication is amazing and their work quality is outstanding. Alan and his crew were extremely careful with the piano, my hardwood floors, and anything in my house. It was like they were moving their own newborn baby :) They were extremely respectful and so nice. I've worked with other piano movers who have struggled and damaged my piano, walls, and floors. Alan takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrity Moving to anyone who needs a piano or large item moved.

Ron and Thomas were pretty good, and I'd definitely use them again. Their service was half the price of others. They seem to be a young business still figuring things out; they weren't as fast or smooth as other movers I've used, but for the dollar amount they did great. They weren't fully prepared when they arrived (no moving blankets, but if I had moved myself I wouldn't have had any, either) and because of not having all the tools they needed, they had to spend extra time packing my items carefully (which I appreciate!). They are rough around the edges (taking smoke breaks, brought a friend along who wasn't a mover, stopped for lunch during a two-hour move), but I'm totally okay with all of that....to me, it isn't worth paying twice as much just for a more corporate vibe.

Awesome sums up my moving experience with "The Moving Clique." Quality Customer Service, Quailty Customer Care. Sunday June 3rd. My daughter needed to move quickly. While she worked, I researched movers on Thumbtack. Did the whole online research and inquiry. I called "Smooth Movers" 5 Star reviews on Thumtack who said they could do the job and I was given a time. I told them great and that I had to call my daughter to make sure the time worked for her. When I called the company back to confirm the time the owner said he was running into a meeting, and his associate would call me right back. After 3 hours of waiting with no return call, I called them again. I was told unfortunately the appointment time was no longer available and they were completely booked on Saturday. Ofcourse I was not happy and expressed it. The co-owner then assured me he would find a crew to move my daughter on Saturday June 2nd and would call me back. He never did. (I PLAN TO WRITE A REVIEW ON "Smooth Movers" and their nonresponsive poor Customer Care) HERE IS WHERE "THE MOVING CLIQUE" COMES IN. Found them on Thumbtack as well with a 5 Star rating. And true to their rating they are a 5 STAR moving company, unlike "Smoot Movers" My call to "The Moving Clique" was very last minute because the other appointment fell through, although extremely busy "The Moving Clique" came through. We had to wait but they graciously worked us in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It was worth the wait. The guys were pleasant quick and efficient ... they provided quality customer care deserving of a 5 STAR rating. Thank you Marcus for coming through for my daughter. Signed, a Happy Mother and Satisfied Customer. I highly recommend "The Moving Clique" 5 STARS

The two movers that came were very polite and worked very hard. My original post was for a piano mover, to just move my piano. Turns out I paid for 3 hours of time, so they agreed to move more than just the piano. I had some very heavy things to move (piano and gas grill) and they did it very cheerfully and efficiently. When I originally posted my request, I put in the notes that the piano had to be moved down 31 stairs. Rick responded almost immediately with a quote that was about half of what I had been getting from other piano movers. I accepted his offer, then he asked about stairs. When I told him there were 31 stairs, he said that would be additional money. His price was still reasonable, I just think it was a little unprofessional to jump the gun with a quote before reading the entire post and understanding the details of the job. Also, the movers were not professional piano movers. In my case, it was OK because my piano is old and out of tune anyway. They were very careful with it, and did a nice job. But if you have a piano that has value, I would call a professional piano mover. For any other furniture, these guys were great! Again, very pleasant and agreeable.

I can't begin to tell you how lucky I was io find such a wonderful moving company...I hate moving as it is but I am at a loss for words as to how I feel about movers having had one company steal everything I owned and held it for ransom for 3 months and over $5000 before komo news ran the story and I got about 1/2 back and everything damaged. I swore I would never hire movers again...but... I found myself in a bind having to move twice in a month I had no choice, I needed help and knew I would have to hire movers. Throughout my search as bids came in only one company had paid attention to what I wrote and responded with kindness and compassion and a promise to make me change my mind about movers. Justin convinced me to give his company that chance and I am so glad I did. He kept his promise. They did an amazing job! Fast, punctual, careful, friendly and fairly priced...not a single item was scratched, everything made it to my new place safe and sound without a hitch. This is a phenomenal company, and I am more than happy.to highly HIGHLY recommend them!

The crew was right on time, prepared and friendly. They easily moved an upright piano from one house to another, taking care upon delivery to make sure they didnโ€™t damage the house or the piano, and they worked quickly. All three crew members were great.

My appointment was confirmed the day before via phone call. The movers showed up right on time and got to working straight away. Both movers worked very hard and they had suggestions that saved us time and money. Move went a little longer than anticipated, but I realize now I should have gotten 3 movers instead of 2. The price was very very reasonable. Overall an excellent experience!

These guys really saved me. I had hired another moving company but on the the day of my move the advised me that they couldn't make it and that they wouldn't have to come the next day, but they I booked with them was the last day I could be there. I called Shawn and he was at my house in Redmond with in an 90 minutes. His guys were very professional and did a great job on short notice. Thanks I will use you guys again if If and when I move.
