I love Leanne's yoga class! She teaches modifications if the moves are beyond your abilities. She makes yoga lots of fun! Leanne's studio offers two exercise rooms for our training sessions, plus several cardio machines. Our personal trainer pushes us in a positive, encouraging way that keeps us motivated. My husband and I have been going regularly to Leanne's studio since January. Unlike most gym memberships, we are getting our money's worth.
Bindia raised the bar for our team offsite with an outstanding Yoga session that created focus and established a highly collaborative, peaceful tone for the day I engaged Bindia to support our team offsite (day long meeting) to start the with a Yoga session that focused on health and wellness, and created focus. From agenda planning, Bindia proved exceptional. She quickly captured the overall theme of our team meeting, Trust, and wove it into our Yoga session. She created an exceptional experience for all of our participants and really raised bar for what our team took away from a day long meeting. The feedback was exceptional. I highly recommend Bindia as a Yoga instructor. If you're fortunate enough to weave Yoga into a business meeting, there is no better instructor to engage for this specific purpose.
I have had the pleasure of taking both one-on-one and studio classes with Gina. She is a phenomenal teacher and guide. Her knowledge of our physical body is extensive and because of this she is able to convey both how and why accurately embracing our poses is so important for the longevity of our physical practice. More importantly however, in Gina's incorporation of the ethereal portion of yoga. Though her classes are difficult, she reminds us that yoga is so much more than exercise. Breath, awareness, stillness and connectedness are all intertwined in her practice and you leave feeling something more than just a workout.
Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.

Diane was a wonderful private yoga instructor! She is very knowledgeable and her years of experience definitely show. She is also very nurturing and compassionate and helped me overcome my fear of yoga and vulnerability. I really wanted to improve my mobility and help decrease my lower back pain that I developed through powerlifting. After several sessions with Diane I both physically and mentally felt better. She helped me improve my mobility, increase my flexibility, and significantly reduce my lower back pain. I highly recommend Diane! She is also flexible and helped accommodate my inconsistent schedule. In addition, she came to my house which was very convenient. If you are looking for someone to come to your home and help you with your yoga practice she is a wonderful option!
I would recommend Heather to anyone. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and needed from a yoga instructor and has the patience of Job. Her instruction style is confident and she really helps people beginning to understand and do yoga in a way that is good for them. I will recommend her out every chance I get.
