Attic-Crawl is truly a family-operated and local business, with both our business location and our home residence situated south of Seattle. :) You won't find a 1-800 number on our website, and we are not a large corporation. This means you'll receive a faster response and a more thorough free inspection. You won't even be able to tell we were in your home because we protect all of your precious belongings with heavy-grade plastic and haul away all of the old insulation and handle rodent clean-up. Afterward, you'll be sent pictures of the before and after, as well as the process, so you can witness the magic happening! We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and you'll receive superior service at a more affordable price. We'll also beat any estimate! So now is a great time to call and make sure your house is ready for winter.

From the moment I reached out, their team, led by the fantastic Alex, was all ears, ready to listen to my concerns and spring into action. Now, I won't go into the nitty-gritty details of my uninvited guests – nobody wants to hear a tail or two about that! But let's just say, Alex and his team know their stuff. They approached the situation with such professionalism and efficiency that I was left utterly impressed. Their team was punctual, courteous, and, most importantly, effective. They treated my property with respect. In a nutshell (which, thankfully, is all I have left now that the critters are gone), Attic Crawl, under Alex's leadership, delivered top-notch service that was worth every penny. Absolutely excellent work! Alex came in for inspection and explained the issues in detail along with the solution/service they offer. Alex even suggested how we can fix it ourselves if we wish to and items to buy outside in case we didn’t want to go ahead with them. He didn’t offer incorrect info just to sell his service. Melissa contacted over email and she was prompt, professional and addressed all doubts without hesitation. They sent a couple of their service personnel and they really put lot of effort into cleaning. They went above and beyond to find entry/exit points for all rodents and sealed them. Insulation was put back properly and spent a lot more time cleaning than they should have to ensure everything was done perfectly. Recommend Attic Crawl to anyone looking to solve their Rodent issues.
