- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask about our veteran and law enforcement discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Customer? Send us a description of what you would like done and pictures included if you can. We will give you an estimate within 24 hours if we have enough information without coming out. If the project needs an in person estimate we will usually come same day if not, within two days. We pride ourselves on being available to our customers same day if you need us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from the University of Washington!
