Introduction: Good design isn’t just about putting a chair here, or a table there. It's about the feeling a person gets when they go to their house at the end of the day. The feeling when they walk through their front door, exhale, relax and know they are home. Staging also helps sell your home. According to the Real Estate Staging Association survey of over 13,000 staged homes in 2020, over 85% of these homes sold for 5-23% over the list price! As a home stager and designer, I bring my experience over 30 years of homeownership to my clients. In those 30 years, I have moved four times to my now “forever home” and have personally managed the challenges of not only staging my homes for sale, but of hiring contractors, movers, painters, cleaners, etc., during those moves. In addition, I bring my training in staging and design, along with my real-world experience to every client I serve. Hale Nani Staging and Designs is an HSR Certified Professional home staging and interior re-design organization serving the South King and Pierce County areas. We have completed the most comprehensive and intensive home staging and redesign certification courses in North America provided by the Home Staging Resource. The HSR Certification program was the first, and is one of the only, staging training programs accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) who is the governing body for the home staging industry.
