I have tried different personal trainers before and hands down he is the best. I was a afraid at first because of the p90x but Drahos works with you and customizes the workouts for your fitness level.
I have been following Brandon and his company, Lift Big Eat Big for a while. I finally got the balls to email and inquire about personal training, and the only regret I have is that I didnt start sooner! I have really found my niche in strongman training with them. I have been working with Brandon for a while now, and the gains in my strength have been phenomenal! Even on different sides of the country, he always has a quick response to my texts, whether they be a "fuck you" because I'm sore as hell, excitement and encouragement over a new PR, or a tip to push through that last set. As long as I put in my part and do the work, he is always on time and prompt with providing programming. He has been more available to me, than the previous coaches whose gyms I was ACTUALLY at. You can't deny numbers, and mine only continue to go up! So many thanks to Brandon for the time, encouragement, and programming. If people are looking for a change up in their fitness regimen, I highly recommend Brandon!
I've been working with Nick for some time now. He's a great personal trainer who is personable, helpful, and above all, knowledgable. I mean, this guy knows his stuff! He has helped me realize how my diet and work-out habits affect my overall health. I've noticed a change in my body over the 12 weeks I trained with Nick (less fat...15 lb loss actually, more definition + more muscle...10 lb gain), but I've also noticed a change in how I view the food I eat and the way in which I work-out. I have Nick to thank for that. I also want to add that I had never had a personal trainer before - and I was quite nervous about getting one (the judgment, the guilt, blah, blah, ya know), but Nick has made me feel great; he is extremely supportive and understands my concerns without dismissing them. It was a true gift to find him! I'm glad that I found him! He's been able to help an average, timid guy like me gain some self-confidence while looking and feeling amazing!
Charles Clarke is my exercise trainer and he's excellent. I have lost weight each week so far. He is great at explaining exercises, how and what part of the body it helps and demonstrating them. His rates are fantastic as well given that he provides an hour session each time we meet. I highly recommend Charles as a personal trainer. He's extremely reliable and checks up on my progress on off days. If he put me through a tough workout, he'll check on me later in the day to make sure all is well. That's very important and appreciated.
Jazmin is one of the BEST personal trainers I've ever had! Not only does she put together a work out plan designed for me personally but she also helped put together a healthy eating plan! I would recommend her to any & every body.
Neil Stephens is an outstanding personal trainer! He possesses two genuine and significant qualities that distinguish him from other coaches: #1. Neils primary credential is his personal experience and knowledge earned through years of training as an amateur and professional athlete. #2. He is keenly perceptive----understanding his clients abilities and able to clearly recognize and appreciate their goals and objectives. Additionally, Neil has an open, honest, and friendly personality, and the training sessions are always an enjoyable experience.
