Accounting for my Real Estate Business - Allie at First Stop Solutions has been amazing. She has great communication and really listened to my needs. I needed my 2014 and 2015 taxes prepared because they were too complex for me to do because of a rental unit with losses. I got an initial Thumbtack offer with an estimate based on the particular forms and schedules needed. I selected Valerie and had an interview to go over my records. She sent me a few follow-up questions via email and researched issues that needed clarification. We went over each section in detail upon completion and she provided me with a final report analyzing my tax situation and things to consider going forward, as well as my completed tax forms. I would recommend her to anyone but especially those like me with little confidence in their own ability to do complex returns. I will definitely use her tax services again.

They run a very reliable service. I had received a notice from the IRS that I owed them taxes for the last three years totaling more than $45,600. The notice also said that I had 30 days to clear the taxes or the IRS would take collection action against me. I was quite alarmed as I didn’t have that much money to spare on such short term notice. I contacted several companies to see if anyone could help me. I didn’t get a call back from any other firms except Legacy Tax & Resolution Services. A lady from the firm, whose name I have forgotten, called back the very next day and talked to me in a very reassuring manner. She set up a meeting with one of their consultants who provided complete guidance on the tax filing process and offered to represent me with the IRS. Legacy Tax Resolution Service negotiated a deal with the IRS and they agreed to break down the payment over a period of three years. They also reduced the total payment to $12,340 saving me more than $30,000. Great service.
