"Late Saturday PM/early Sunday AM I did an online search on my other computer, and was directed to Mark and Mobile PC repair. I filled out the online form and shortly received a notice of a quote for diagnostic and labor charges, and their hours---- Monday through Friday. No problem! It looked like Mark would even come to my home to at least pick up my computer if necessary [I live about 25 miles away from his business!].
I was very pleasantly surprised when he called me Sunday in response to my inquiry. We set up that I would meet him at his office on Monday, since I was scheduled to be out and about on Monday.
When I got there Mark met me at curbside and carried my computer upstairs to his 2nd fl shop. This was great for me since I have a bad neck and knee and the idea of hauling my desktop computer up to the 2nd fl wasn't very appealing.
He quickly diagnosed my problem as a faulty graphics card, and that it was redundant to an operational card built into my computer. The problem was quickly remedied and my computer seemed fully operational. Mark even carried my computer back downstairs and put it into my car for me!
