Bindia is well-versed in anatomy and physiology and has a clear understanding of how to heal and prevent injuries with/during yoga. She is personable and warm and a patient teacher. My private lessons with her have felt like drinking at an oasis. She's helped me come a long ways in my yoga practice in three short weeks. I look forward to working with her in the future and I strongly recommend her to anyone else seeking private yoga instruction.

Hien's yoga classes are amazing. They are usually a slower pace and very healing. She pays a lot of attention to everyone's specific needs. Her class that I took was wonderful for mind and body restoration and rejuvenation.
Gina is one of the best yoga instructors I've had. I love her classes and all the dedication she puts on each student. She really teaches how to honor our body and helps with how to improve every posture according on each person's needs. I truly recommend her as your instructor. Kanna is an extremely aware yoga instructor. Kanna is professional; the best instructor I've ever had. She teaches her students new movements and does it a relaxing calm method. The atmosphere Kanna creates is warm and welcoming. She speaks from a space of love and knowledge. Expanding our evolution through mind, body, and spirit. Her classes are uplifting. Kannas music selection is beautiful, the lavender, freakencense, peppermint, or other oils she utilizes adds to the serene space she creates. The language and description Kanna uses for each movement taps into our imaginations and brings us closer to nature. My favorite aspect of her teachings is when she brings excerpts from books that inspire or poems. Oh, of course she manages to teach us the terminology and history of the terms to enlighten our understanding of yoga.
I've had some great yoga instructors and some poor ones. Jai rates as one of the best! Her approachable, friendly and inviting demeanor in addition to her skill and expertise changed the way I felt about yoga. I can't wait to take another class!
I signed up for 5 weeks of individual yoga sessions. One down so far and my initial experience was great. Jean took the time to learn about me and what type of yoga might be most appropriate for my situation and condition. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks! She is a great teacher.
I had a wonderful session of Yoga Nidra with Krystina. It was my first time trying this type of yoga and I enjoyed it very much. It was calm and relaxing. I plan to start using it as my everyday method of meditation. Krystina was an excellent teacher and I would definitely use her again.
Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.

Crissy has taught me Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Hatha is the basic entry level yoga, Vinyasa more advanced, and Yin a slower and deeper stretch. Personal favorites are Vinyasa for a good exercise/sweat and Yin for when I'm feeling tight in the hamstrings / lazy. She is very hands-on, outgoing and friendly, and overall excellent teacher who knows the sanskrit words and proper technique/alignments. The downstairs residential room is great for small and private sessions. Very conveniently located in Woodinville. Highly recommend.
I decided to ask Pam for private yoga lessons after suffering lower back pain and shoulder tightness which was presumably caused by my 40 hr/week desk job. I am a novice yogi, and Pam took the time to listen to my goals and concerns about my body. Pam communicated in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that I would achieve these goals for myself, and she made me excited to start practicing more advanced yoga techniques. They have been excellent sessions and I highly recommend!!!
Anu is one of the only Yoga Instructors I have recently met, who has deep knowledge of both Yoga and Ayurveda. Her passion for helping people is obvious by her actions. I certainly learned a lot from a few classes I took from her at Sikh Temple Bothell,WA. Great teacher, and mentor, above all awesome human being.
I would recommend Heather to anyone. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and needed from a yoga instructor and has the patience of Job. Her instruction style is confident and she really helps people beginning to understand and do yoga in a way that is good for them. I will recommend her out every chance I get.

Miranda is a wonderful teacher. She has a relatable, unique approach to teaching Yoga. Her sequences are fun and she always has great music to flow to.
