Ismail and Yohanees painted exterior of our house, along with deck and fence staining. Took in all of my requests and final quality was great. They do use sprayer for painting which gives a really great even finish but may consume little extra paint which I think is good tradeoff.

This is a condominium building of 21 units and I know of at least 6 units that used A and D for their painting after we were torn up from repiping. They were wonderful, kind, careful, accurate. Max House Painting just painted the exterior of our home. The siding was mostly in great shape, but they still had to do some scraping, priming and caulking. They missed a couple of spots but addressed them when we pointed it out. They did a quality job with all aspects of the work - from pressure washing to painting and cleaning up. They worked fast too. Elvin is responsive and easy to work with. Overall, Max House Painting provided great value and quality, and we would use them again.

Needed a painter that would properly prepare a 60 year old house that had paint peeling in places. Interviewed 3 contractors and just liked him. Marcio was clear on what he would do verbally and followed by doing exactly what he promised. He was punctual and finished the job when stated. Impressed that he painted when the weather was good, worked on just this project and completed before he started another project. Used professional equipment, his pressure washer was strong enough to remove any loose paint, his airless sprayer didn’t overspray and was very neat not dropping paint on places not wanted such as the driveway or deck. 2 coats of quality paint were applied as he said he would. Impressed that a quality job was important to him. One side of the house he redid because he wasn’t convinced all the loose paint was removed after it was painted. Marcio overdid what he said he would do by recaulking windows that I had done because it wasn’t up to his standards. A very neat thorough job. Not only will I recommend him but will hire again to paint kitchen cabinets in the future. Refreshing that a contractor did what he said and for a competitive price.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sergii and his team - Alex and Andrei. His quote was quite accurate with no surprises and very reasonable. We got our siding replaced and his team finished the prepping and painting quickly within 3-4 days. Sergii came onsite from time to time to check on the progress and double checked with us regarding the tricky areas. He has great attention to details, we could barely point any areas that needed rework or touch up during the final walk through. We are extremely happy with how the house looks. We had our entire interior painted while we were living in the house. Max and his team worked with us to develop and tweak the plans to minimize our living and working impact. They worked very hard and did a nice job. We recommend them, but deducted a star because the job took longer than expected and there was some confusion about what was (not) included in the original bid. Max personally visited the job several times to check on progress and to work through these issues courteously, professionally, and fairly.
