Introduction
With over 20 years in the hospitality industry we combine a passion for creating quality cocktails, helping you plan your wedding, providing knowledgeable waitstaff and outstanding customer service. As a mixologist most recently I was the mastermind behind a beautiful cocktail menu made from scratch ingredients. I love to provide a customized experience. Every event I’ve done is unique in its own way. That’s why you should have cocktails inspired by “you” utilizing the local fresh ingredients the PNW has to offer. We will work together to customize cocktail names to bring the whole event together to wow your friends and family. My wife Aubrey has been coordinating wedding’s for over 10 years. As a bride planning your wedding we want you to be a guest at your own wedding. We handle all the details from the day you decide to work with us until the last minute the day of your wedding. We are known as Mr. & Mrs. accountable. We show up early and stay late to everything we do. We understand some of the old school philosophies my grandfather taught me like work ethic, following through with what you say you’re going to do and just simply showing up on time. Let’s work together and elevate your next event to the next level. Additional products and services we offer: -Glassware rental pickup -Disposable glassware delivered to your event -Ice delivered to your event -Crystal clear craft cocktail ice -Event staff to help with setup, service & cleanup Credentials: We carry general & liquor liability insurance. All of our bartender’s have a current class 12 MAST permit. All of our waitstaff are Servsafe certified and carry a Washington state food handlers permit. Discounts for booking multiple service! Many of our clients recognize the value in booking all of our services together. From wedding coordinator, waitstaff & bartending services we can cover it all for you. These guys were absolutely amazing to work with! They helped get us through all the hard parts of hiring for a wedding were so knowledgeable about everything and were the most reasonably priced!

My fiancé and I hired Brian and Aubrey as bartender and wait staff for our engagement party. They were extremely professional and absolutely outstanding. We had a completely stress-free party thanks to them. Brian helped us throughout the planning process. He helped us create specialty cocktails with our own custom names, and they were a huge hit at the party! He gave us a full shopping list and was very clear on what he would provide and what we needed to bring. His bar setup was very nice and everyone loved all the drinks he made, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Aubrey and Cohen helped us at the party as wait staff. I only had to explain the setup and the various food items once. They took care of setting up, serving appetizers, heating the entrees, serving and refilling waters and everything else that we needed. Aubrey also went the extra mile and brought my fiancé and I drinks because we were so busy entertaining our guests. We will definitely be hiring Brian and Aubrey for any of our future events, and I’m sure our friends will do the same. We are both so grateful that Brian and Aubrey took such good care of us, our parents and our guests. They made the party a huge success. We definitely recommend hiring them!
