FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair and competitive without cutting corners on the inspection. If cost is a concern, just reach out I’d rather find a price that works for you than have you skip an inspection altogether.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming whether you're buying or selling, then get a few details like the home's size and share the inspection price. After that, I offer available times and help you get scheduled. No sales pitch, just clear info and simple scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed home inspector with formal training and certification. I also bring 15 years of experience in construction, which gives me a strong understanding of how homes are put together. While that’s not the same as inspection experience, it gives me a practical perspective that helps me spot issues others might miss. I also complete continuing education to stay current with the latest industry standards.
