I was very sad to leave my training sessions with Jeremy due to moving out of state. Jeremy is an excellent professional at what he does, not only does he help you on how to best reach your goal but he also teaches you why it is the best approach. He is very attentive to how your body is reacting to the exercises and adjust them if necessary. I have never been a fan of excersing but Jeremy made it fun, challenging, and very educational :). I highly recommend him!
As a beginner to serious workouts, I am glad I chose Serious About Fitness. It's been about 3 weeks since I joined and I have worked with both Chris and Garren during this time. Though it is a group training, the trainers keep an eye out for how you are doing and the training sessions are highly personalized and fun while challenging at the same time. Looking forward to more great workouts!
I have been training with George for 7 weeks! he is amazing, passionate, and dedicated to my personal fitness goals!!! I am turning 50 in 2 weeks. I thought I would just do 3 months of training, and then group classes, but now I want to continue the one on one because of his training methods. Thank you George
Anthony whose the Body Transformation owner really pushes me to work different areas of my body in training. I do a variety of different exercises that doesn't feel like a hamster on a wheel like at the gym. I enjoy the variety and different levels of moves and exercises. He's also very thorough on making sure sure I got the correct form performed correctly so that I don't get injured. He sure knows what he's doing as far as training goes. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he gives me "tough love" when it comes to fitness. I appreciate it when I look in the mirror and notice my slimmer figure over time. And he's a real cool guy on top of it all!
More than a personal trainer Adrienne taught me how to run but also shared with me how to be better to myself all in the context of having FUN! Wanting to improve my triathlon performance my main goal in working with Adrienne was to improve my running capabilities. She taught me form, cadence, pace work and in the course of our training my speed has improved tremendously. But she also taught me balance and peace. To be at peace within myself, to be as kind to myself as I am to others. Truly the best coach/trainer I have ever worked with!
Francis is an amazing trainer! My boyfriend and I have been training with him for a month now and have already started feeling fitter and more energetic. He is very thoughtful, focused on our needs and is flexible around any injuries you might have. Would definitely recommend!
Curt and Jared are nothing short of amazing. The programs that they tailor to their clients (both on-site and remotely) are full-body engaging tune-ups. You can even gain dietary advice and develop better habit in that arena as well. Just what the doctor ordered! It's great to experience a routine where you can push yourself as hard as you like, or are capable of, all while the routines' specifics evolve over time and continue to up your game. I have been thoroughly impressed with the effectiveness of the Ligot Training System program. Working w/Coach David has been tough but rewarding. He manages to push me right up to my limits, but knows when to come at something from a different tact or rework it if that particular day or exercise is too much. We constantly communicate about what goals I have for our training sessions, as well as the benefits for each activity. He's completely supportive and infinitely patient, and I come out of each session feeling like we've both done a lot of work and made progress.
Dan; Was very receptive and understanding with our first meeting; I felt very comfortable in discussing my needs and past experience with a previous trainer. He showed a complete understandng of what I was looking for in a trainer. He explained and demonstrated the initial intro workout processes in a very down to earth approach. I look forward to continueing to reach for my goals with his training technique.
I would highly recommend Dan as a personal trainer! Dan will find the training method that will work best for each of his clients - both based on each client's individual goals, as well as through his own assessments. Dan generally is dynamic in his training style - more so than other personal trainers I've had the opportunity to observe. He's therefore able to train a wide range of clients, regardless of physical condition. I've trained with Dan regularly for a year now, and I've completely transformed my physique and appearance during this time. While I'm also training by myself, each session I'm having with Dan is not only a great workout, but is my primary source of new knowledge and experience, and for improving my technique further. Dan has also given me great advice on nutrition and eating habits - some of which I still commit to. I'm very happy to have Dan as my personal trainer.
Maryliah is both motivating and extremely knowledgeable. She provided training that was tailored to my needs and abilities. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. As an experienced weight lifter she definitely walks the walk and doesn’t offer advice that she wouldn’t take herself. Thanks for the great workout and continued motivation!
I've been training with Coach Mihai for 3 months, and it has been great! This was my first time with a personal coach, and I train 2x/week for 30-40 minutes and I already feel improved strength. Coach Mihai tailors the strength training to your needs, and really takes a look at the entire wellness of your body. He is very personable and responsive, we communicate by text on schedules, and gives me tips on my fitness. I feel very well taken care of and have decided to continue training with him.
I had the opportunity to work with John when all of his projects of now we're just a thought he would ramble about while training. Training with or around John was always a grade A experience. He is always willing to share his thoughts and ideas as well as here your insight. You cant go wrong by hitting this guy up.
Matt’s TRX class provides a well-rounded work out by combining cardio, and abs exercises with the strength training of the TRX. He has a positive attitude and encourages everyone in the class to push themselves. He’s always willing to spend extra time to explain TRX techniques and routines. His class provides an enjoyable environment to work out in.
Ryan has done an excellent job training me! He explains things well, he knows exactly what I need, he has a passion for fitness, and he's personable and pushes me to be my best. It's a great workout every time and I'm glad I found Ryan.
Chelsea was a great personal trainer. She built me specific workouts that were geared directly towards what I told her my goals were. I wanted to build defined muscles in my upper body and after working with Chelsea I was able to accomplish this. I would definitely recommend for any type of personal or fitness training you are seeking! 5 stars!

Hannah is a highly competent trainer. She has excellent knowledge of human anatomy and kinesiology and applies that to training her clients. An added bonus is that Hannah also trains, so she knows the challenges and rewards of what she asks her client to do. She will take you from where you are, beginner to advanced or in-between, and adapt your training routine to suit your limitations, abilities and goals. Because Hannah is a stickler for proper technique, I never have been injured while training with her. I have trained with Hannah for one year and intend to continue. She is the best!
I was treated with respect and yet his desire is for you to reach your goal. Steve also was encouraging and guided. He was avaliable by phone or email. He throughly got my information that pertaining to health and excersize. He followed up with me at least 1 or 2 times by email or phone. I would recommend Steve for training and health habits or concerns. He has a kind and caring character. Diane Simons
