Im a realtor and had Residential Network, Kris Kent do my own home inspection and I was very pleased with his work! On time, efficient and professional. Also was able to communicate with me effectively items in the home
I had rodents in the attic and wanted someone to find the entry point, plug it and set traps. Gregg at Stop Bugging Me was friendly, offered this service at a fair price, and was able to schedule a technician to my home in a timely manner. The technician was great and took care of the problem and inspected my home for any other trouble spots.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Chris Martin @ API Home Inspection services a couple of months ago, prior to purchasing my new home. Chris arrived on time and I found him to be a very personable man who didn’t mind my asking questions about the home repair issues he had quickly discovered. Chris is very knowledgeable, detailed and thorough. I will definitely request his services in the future as well as recommend API Home Inspection to my family & friends. Tim Fall City, WA
Rob was quick to respond to my inquiry, providing the right quote for the job I needed. He showed up early, explained everything in great detail from a contractor's perspective as well as an inspector, and went the extra mile to give us some feedback on things in the house that might need work down the road. I would recommend Rob for a pre-inspection or home inspection and I will definitely use him again as needed. My agent also was very impressed and will be using him for her future clients.
Mr. Ken Biretz is pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable very professional, reliable and an expert at what he does. I would definitely utilize his services again if needed and highly recommend Benchmark Home Inspection LLC.
As a retired Captain Firefighter/EMT, I have been on too many scenes where people's homes were burning, many times to the ground, and their life long and most dearest possessions and pictures go literally going up in smoke right before their eyes. Their tears, their disbelief and how their reactions are repeated over and over as they thought of the different things that were now gone forever. Very sad. We do what we can, but... As firefighters we always try to save everything we can from the people to the pets but it doesn't always work out for the good. The tears and wails when they know they've lost one or more loved ones now perished in the flames. Tragedies all. I can safely say that a home inspection could literally save lives and homes. Maybe even SAVE YOURS! Here's how I see it; I'd have to say that of all residential structure fires, an easy 90% of them COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED! Out of that 90%, not quite 1/3 were caused by careless human action, pets, appliance neglect, etc. All the rest I'd say, could have been prevented with a professional home inspection done by somebody knowledgeable in all the areas of electrical and plumbing, (Yes, I've seen fires caused by bad plumbing!) as well as structural, geological, rodent and insect detection, etc. Richard Blackburn is that kind of Home Inspector. A good home inspection is not only a smart preliminary to a home purchase, but also for the long-term homeowner as well! Think about it. Maybe you've lived in your home for many years now. Are you sure all the wiring is still safe? That the hvac in good working order? The roof isn't about to come down on you or there isn't some black mold growing in rotted flooring. Don't you think it would be better to make sure everything about your family castle is safe for you and your family? Or if it's NOT safe, that Blackburn Home Inspection found it in time? I honestly don't say all this intending for it to be a scare tactic in any way. I say all this because of the all too often brutal reality of what has been my experience so that you won't find yourself being one of those standing out amongst the firehoses and smoke watching everything they love...or worse...go up in the flames. You should call Blackburn Home Inspection and have Richard give you the peace of mind you need. It might even save your life! I was not approached or requested and I say all of this on and of my own accord. -Bob Klink CPT FF/EMT (ret.)
Did great job on inspection. Was there before i got there, kept me up to date as he went. I recieved very detailed report with lots of pictures explaining problem areas on same night. I'm very happy with James!
Super quick response to our request. Excellent service. Michael helped us with understanding the particulars associated with our inspection and went through the report prior to leaving the home. Michael and team are extremely capable and have their own sewer scope, which made this inspection a one stop shop. Thank you Michael and team for the professionalism and courtesy you showed us. + report within 24 hours! All this & added warranties make the rate a great value. :) Thanks again.
My husband and I have purchased a couple of properties now, and we were looking for a potential flip opportunity where we had to move fast. After making an aggressive offer, we found ourselves in escrow where the clock was quickly ticking. We needed an inspection completed as soon as possible, and thanks to Thumbtack we found Tushay Home Inspection. When I tell you, we have never dealt with more of a polished professional! Kayden was outstanding! He was articulate, detail oriented and overly helpful. He really made an effort to help us understand all of our questions, and allowed us to make an educated decision on moving forward with our transaction. We will absolutely use Kayden for any of our future purchases, and will continue to refer him to everyone we know!
He did a perfect job, thorough. I will use his company anytime I need and inspection.
Reliance Home Inspections performed our inspections. He was very professional and the report was detailed with photos for us to review. We will be calling him again next time we buy a house.
Great Job, Pete. I would recommend you to others. Thanks for being reasonably priced, punctual, caring, and thorough! A home inspector is really important. You did a great job.
Austin did an inspection on our house for us that identified several hidden issues that needed prompt attention. He also identified quite a few issues that weren't hidden but that we did not even realize were issues but made sense when they were explained. His work was thorough, professional, and the format of the report was very easy to read and understand. If you are looking for an inspector we highly recommend Austin at Transparent Inspections.
I am a Washington state-licensed home inspector, license #341. I have been working as a home inspector since 2003. When you hire me, I will perform a detailed inspection of all of the systems and components in your home and provide a detailed written report to you of any problems. I provide very detailed descriptions without any contractor jargon, along with digital photographs and recommendations for how to correct the problem. I am also licensed as a structural pest inspector, which not all home inspectors are. This gives me the ability to inspect for termites, carpenter ants, wood-boring beetles and other wood-destroying organism. I perform inspections between Everett and Tacoma, but will go farther, depending on the situation. I inspect condominium units, mobile homes, townhouses, houses, and multifamily housing. I also perform new construction inspections. Established in 2003, Lasswell Home Inspection LLC was founded by me, John Lasswell, and I have been working full-time as a home inspector ever since. In 2005, I trained as a FEMA disaster inspector and maintain that certification and am prepared to deploy, should a major disaster strike the Pacific Northwest. In 2010, I became licensed with the EPA as a certified repair remodeling and painting instructor and now teach certification classes for contractors to work with lead-based paints in pre-1978 housing. I am currently teaching 1 to 2 classes per month.

I love homes, but I especially enjoy working with new or first time home buyers. The excitement that these people have is infectious. It gives me an opportunity to answer a lot of questions they have but also make them aware of things that they might not have even known to ask about.
