Ben is superb in every way: available, knowledgeable, comprehensive, and courteous. Particularly impressive was his prompt and detailed email response to my email itemizing my concerns. He fine-tuned my Mac to meet all of my needs and promised to follow up on minor unresolved issues. I have been on the lookout for the perfect IT guy for the better part of three years, and with Ben I finally hit pay dirt!
Greg did an awesome job, and in my opinion, a more than fair price. I have a MacBook Pro and there were a few issues to deal with. The glass was cracked and he found replacement for it at a good price, and installed it. I had a faulty internal drive and power cord, he found replacements reasonably priced. I thought we may have to go with an external and was surprised, again. He finished the repairs quickly considering he had to wait for the parts. Greg was very good about keeping me informed on the progress as he was getting parts and installing them. He also cleaned and organized my desktop along with removing adware and malware. I highly recommend Greg. He was friendly, professional, and his labor charges were very reasonable. What else can I say? I live in Graham, WA and it was only a twenty minute drive from my home to Spanaway, WA where he works. I can't think of a thing he could have done better. I will definitely use his service again if I have problems in the future, and will recommend him to my friends and family. My laptop picked up several viruses and was a mess. I contacted Norton for help and support, only to spend several hours on the phone with them, and eventually was told they are not able to fix it and advised me to call Lenovo.
