With over 17-years of experience, I work with youth athletes in all sports, volunteer coach for youth with Autism and Down syndrome, individuals with RA, RSD, MS, DISH, Parkinson's and other autoimmune disorders. Many of my clients come to me with injuries, post-surgery issues, knee, low back, and shoulder pain for relief.

Our first consult is complimentary to get an idea of how lifestyle, food, hormones, stress, and poor sleep can wreak havoc on our body’s ability to function at an optimal level. I require an initial 90-day commitment to help you change your habits and ultimately change your life! After that, an ongoing maintenance of two sessions a month or more to work together and further improve your health/physical goals. All sessions are paid in advance to schedule the day(s) and time(s) you want. I have a Master of Science in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Sciences, Precision Nutrition & NASM Nutrition Certified.
