Really enjoy working with Ben. My wife and I have physical limitations that he is able to work around and has made us stronger with greater cardio endurance. I love being stronger than my average day and am more productive. Have been working with Ben for about 6 months at this point. He makes exercise fun, and motivates us to do more than we would, if left to our own devices. We would recommend Ben highly.
Tina is more than a trainer, she has become a mentor and a friend. She has found the right balance between stroking my ego and encouraging me to action. She speaks truth in love based on her observations of my life. Just when you think it can’t get any better, she tweaks diet and exercise to keep your goals moving forward. I love working with Kendall. He has a plan for getting me to where I want to be, and pushes me to be more dedicated to that goal than I ever have before. Extremely knowledgable about the human body and how it works. When I injured my back (unrelated to our workouts), Kendall gave me invaluable advice on how to continue moving/working out without making the injury worse. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, Kendall is great.
Dan is an awesome and professional personal trainer. When we first started we talked about my goals and challenges; he created a workout routine that helps me achieve my goals. He does a great job of mixing things up each week to keep things interesting. I highly recommend Lawson Fitness!
I've been training with Nick for over two years. Nick worked with me on a plan, combining nutritional goals, supplements, weight training and cardio. Over the last two years, he's kept me on target, motivating me to continue to make progress and to track progress on a regular basis. Nick is thoroughly professional, never misses an appointment and is flexible on the rare days when I need to reschedule. He gives his all during every session, motivating me to push toward my limits - but never beyond what I'd feel comfortable with. He takes pride in his client's growth and is personally invested in making every client reach his/her goals.
Brandon (and Matt) of LBEB presented a 2 day strongman seminar at Crossfit Resonate. Brandon was very knowledgeable in all aspects of strength/conditioning/nutrition for strongman/powerlifting athletes. The seminar was short sessions of theory followed by practice sessions of all the movements previously discussed including deadlift, log clean and press, axle continental clean, farmers carry, yoke, keg, atlas stones and circus dumb bells. Brandon kept a watchful eye on everyone and was very engaging with some humour thrown in. I cannot fault the seminar, I would really want it to be longer! I would thoroughly reccommend a seminar and/or training program through Brandon of Lift Big Eat Big.
My experience so far has been great! From the very beginning, Jon has shown his clients are his main priority. Making sure they are comfortable with their workouts, performing the moves and exercises safely, and knowing they can reach out to him anytime outside of the scheduled sessions. Over the holidays, he was flexible in making sure I could make up any missed sessions, as well as providing a few different workouts I could use while out of town. He's very knowledgeable, answers any questions I have, and is very encouraging. In our short time working together, I feel much stronger and more confident with each session and always look forward to the next one.

I first approached my trainer from Varta Fitness about improving my performance in basketball. He quickly took me through the paces, introducing me to Olympic Lifts and teaching me more about plyometrics than I knew there was to learn! Their staff are friendly and super-knowledgeable; I would recommend them to anyone. :)
