Removed the old singles from the rooftop and replaced them with Gaf singles Removed all the pipe boots and fan vents from the roof Some of the pipe boots and fan vents are still missing and have not been installed The master bedroom exhaust fan vent is not installed and the gas furnace and gas water heater fan vents are also not installed All the fan vents were removed by Paul’s guys The master bathroom gets misty when we shower with the old roof singles there was no problem with the exhaust vents they were working properly I texted and mentioned the above problems They are coming to inspect the situation

Damo we replaced all the pipe boots for new aluminum pipes, the vents also was all replaced for metal vents! You are confusing the old ventilation RVO that you had with the new one, we removed all the old ventilation and we installed a new ridge ventilation on the house making the air on your attic 60% better compare of what you had. All the exhaust vents was replaced on top of the roof. It’s okay you be confused but im glad I explained everything for you today and we’re in the same page! Thank you for the 5 stars review 🙏

We had an old roof almost at end of it's life. We reached out to couple of contractors for the quotes among them Paul from Elite Gold Contractors gave a reasonable estimate, answering all our queries and explaining each step of the process. Shared many photos from his previous projects which helped us chossing the shingle color for our home. As outlines in the process Paul and his team completed work in a day. He kept me in loop during the entire process letting me know the state of plywood that needs to be changed. They have cleaned up around the house after the work and came back the next day to do a deap clean of our drive way and looking out for any nails around. Really appreciate there meticulous work and being clear and upfront about the entire process. I would recommend Elite gold contractors for any roofing related work.
