Gustavo was very prompt I his communication as well as in doing what he said he would do. He said he would be at may house at 9am and he was there on time. He listened carefully and made sure we were clear on the project that needed doing and he went to work carefully protecting the surrounding area to keep it clean. We are very happy with the finished project and I would use him again in a heartbeat.
