Gina is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had. She has helped me truly understand how to honor my body and take my practice to the next level. She has a solid yoga education and a wonderful presence. She is inspiring, fun and uplifting. She is fantastic with providing options for all levels and pays attention to detail. She makes appropriate adjustments and really knows how to break down poses so that students can fully understand them. Gina is the best, If you are looking to expand your yoga knowledge and strengthen your practice, she is your girl.. :)

I had a wonderful session of Yoga Nidra with Krystina. It was my first time trying this type of yoga and I enjoyed it very much. It was calm and relaxing. I plan to start using it as my everyday method of meditation. Krystina was an excellent teacher and I would definitely use her again.

I do yoga with Chris about once a week, and I always look forward to it. Her practice is accessible enough for a beginner like me, but she provides enough options that several more advanced yogis also get a great deal of value out of the practice. I would recommend her for yogis of all experience levels!

I sought a yoga instructor with patience and humility. Lalainya is definitely patient, understanding, positive, & non judgmental. There are other instructors who expect you to be at a certain level of understanding already. As a new student, I find that she is not only understanding but also open to ideas. She welcomes questions as an opportunity to enlighten and share relevant thoughts about the integration of yoga in your overall daily life. If there is any position not held correctly, she will let you know right away. If you seek a knowledgeable, but humble instructor, you will not be disappointed when working with Ms. Rawlings. She listens to your needs, respects/acknowledges your limitations all while encouraging your exploration of self awareness and unlimited potential. This is only my experience and I'm pleased with the results. You will be, too.

I had a private session with Meagan sing slow yoga techniques to adapt to myu Parkinson's disease. She was knowledgeable, gentle and a complete pleasure to work with. I have lots of physical limitations but she put together a class for me where I could feel the joy of doing yoga without fear. I think she is great !

Barbara is a natural at providing excellence in her profession as a Nutritionist and wellness coach! I have found her to be a positive and compassionate role model. I decided to ask Pam for private yoga lessons after suffering lower back pain and shoulder tightness which was presumably caused by my 40 hr/week desk job. I am a novice yogi, and Pam took the time to listen to my goals and concerns about my body. Pam communicated in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that I would achieve these goals for myself, and she made me excited to start practicing more advanced yoga techniques. They have been excellent sessions and I highly recommend!!!
