I've taken yoga classes with Cherie in several different settings. She is always on time and always has a friendly, positive attitude. I especially appreciate that Cherie is able to teach at varying skill levels. She is welcoming and respectful of all students and is able to find ways for everyone to participate comfortably. This was particularly helpful to me when I had injuries that would otherwise have prevented me from going to class out of frustration or embarrassment. Cherie has given me some helpful individual corrections during class. She was also ok giving me space on days when I needed it. She is open and responsive to requests and feedback.

I really like Cherie's yoga classes. Challenging and informative. I love how she progresses from one pose to another.

I would just like to say Cherie is the best when it comes to a good workout - she makes it fun - it's always different so you continually work different muscle groups...I am one of the older ones... and proud of it - and if I drag myself away from my desk to work out, I feel 100% better when I return (we are fortunate to have a workout room in our building). She is always on time, totally motivates all of us, and pushes us - but always has alternate work outs if someone has an ailment/injury. Go Cherie!

If you are looking for a great fun workout Cherie is the trainer you want. She has a way of keeping you moving and not paying attention to the time. She has a lot of knowledge about health and fitness. She is extremely creative in her workouts and keeps it fresh and different each time.
