Cherie is just the right fit for me. I'm 50, busy with family and super high stress, sedentary work. I used to practice yoga regularly, but I got too busy, and ended up with weight gain and an out of shape body managing way too much stress. Cherie designs yoga sessions just for me and where I am now and where I want to be in the future. She creates sessions which are challenging with lots of little successes. She modifies intensity and tone of work depending on how I'm feeling. I am so grateful to have Cherie to help me on my journey towards a healthy mind, body and spirit!

I would just like to say Cherie is the best when it comes to a good workout - she makes it fun - it's always different so you continually work different muscle groups...I am one of the older ones... and proud of it - and if I drag myself away from my desk to work out, I feel 100% better when I return (we are fortunate to have a workout room in our building). She is always on time, totally motivates all of us, and pushes us - but always has alternate work outs if someone has an ailment/injury. Go Cherie!

I highly recommend Cherie's exercise classes as they are energizing and challenging. Cherie has extensive knowledge regarding muscles of the body and general health. She is always cheerful and pleasant and it is a pleasure to spend class time with her. Not only is she good at listening to our needs and wants, Cherie is able to alter the class at short notice if one of us has an ailment that requires special attention. She is very good at helping us make posture adjustments and takes great interest in proper technique." Patty S.

If you are looking for a great fun workout Cherie is the trainer you want. She has a way of keeping you moving and not paying attention to the time. She has a lot of knowledge about health and fitness. She is extremely creative in her workouts and keeps it fresh and different each time.

I've taken yoga classes with Cherie in several different settings. She is always on time and always has a friendly, positive attitude. I especially appreciate that Cherie is able to teach at varying skill levels. She is welcoming and respectful of all students and is able to find ways for everyone to participate comfortably. This was particularly helpful to me when I had injuries that would otherwise have prevented me from going to class out of frustration or embarrassment. Cherie has given me some helpful individual corrections during class. She was also ok giving me space on days when I needed it. She is open and responsive to requests and feedback.
