Jeff is natural awesome teacher! He brings into his class his passion and knowledge of yoga. His class is powerful but at the same time loving and calming reflecting his compassion into his teaching and students. He creates an energetic flow of postures that will take you into a calmness and peaceful state. One you practice once with Jeff, you would want more! Kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity fully describes Jeff as a teacher. I have been practicing yoga for eight years with many different teachers and styles and love Jeff's class! Thank you for sharing your passion!

I had a wonderful session of Yoga Nidra with Krystina. It was my first time trying this type of yoga and I enjoyed it very much. It was calm and relaxing. I plan to start using it as my everyday method of meditation. Krystina was an excellent teacher and I would definitely use her again.

I really enjoyed my session today. I never really considered yoga or thought it had any real use, but I was so wrong. Almost, immediately my body felt better, which made me feel great.

I decided to ask Pam for private yoga lessons after suffering lower back pain and shoulder tightness which was presumably caused by my 40 hr/week desk job. I am a novice yogi, and Pam took the time to listen to my goals and concerns about my body. Pam communicated in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that I would achieve these goals for myself, and she made me excited to start practicing more advanced yoga techniques. They have been excellent sessions and I highly recommend!!!

    About

I offer private or group yoga instruction. The styles include, but are not limited to, hatha, power, vinyasa, and nidra (meditation). I offer adjustments/modifications in my instruction to make every pose work for your body. I absolutely love what I do. I want to help to inspire others to be good to themselves. We all need gentle caring. I started yoga as a personal journey, but soon realized I was in the midst of a complete and total transformation. I had no idea how yoga would change my life. It's not just some exercise on your mat for an hour a day; it is a practice that you will carry with you 24/7. I have achieved a sense of peace, stillness, strength, happiness, and so much more that I never would have imagined for myself, not to mention the strength, balance, and flexibility I have gained. I'd like to be able to pass on what I have learned and experienced to you. Namaste! Brenda

Personalized, fun, and done with sprinkles of humor! What fun is life if we're always taking ourselves too seriously? All jokes aside though, proper alignment, muscle engagement and breathing are of paramount importance in this yoga practice. I have a strong interest in working with athletes and those who experience limited mobility.
