Holly was my trainer for about a year and through training with her and focus on improving my nutrition I lost 40lbs. Holly gave me invaluable knowledge about how to build my own workout and continue to challenge myself. Work outs with Holly were never boring - Holly had something new every time. I learned something every time I went to the gym with Holly. She is a very kind person and very open to listening and helping people to achieve their goals. I would highly recommend Holly to someone who needs help learning how to use the gym and make work outs really count. I can tell that Holly continues to learn new things about health and nutrition and she shares that knowledge with her clients. Holly also cuts my hair and she does a great job :)

I started training with Tim Koffler 8 years ago, yes, EIGHT years ago. Before, I had worked with others trainers, but Tim proved to be the best by far. He introduced exercises that I did not think i'd be capable of doing. He encouraged me to go for them and I learned how to trust him and his judgement. Tim changed the routines all the time to keep me challenged, prevent boredom and see the results I wanted. I can honestly say I would not be in the shape I'm in without Tim. He is demanding and creative. He is always ready with new ideas; always willing to adjust workouts. He has an eye for my strengths and weaknesses (of which there are quite a few). Training is not always fun, but Tim knows that. He is patient when it seems necessary, supportive and very knowledgeable. A few years ago, Tim also became a Licensed Massage Therapist. That extra knowledge of the body and its functions is priceless. He can "diagnose" problems during training; give expert advice and he offers massage therapy if needed. I love the workout sessions with Tim. He pushes me harder than I would ever do myself. He is easy going and reliable and became a good friend after all these years. A great trainer like Tim is such a pleasure. It's a commitment I made to stay healthy and in shape; and it's a commitment on his side, too. I will continue training with him as long as I'm able to lift a 2-pound dumbbell!
Matt’s TRX class provides a well-rounded work out by combining cardio, and abs exercises with the strength training of the TRX. He has a positive attitude and encourages everyone in the class to push themselves. He’s always willing to spend extra time to explain TRX techniques and routines. His class provides an enjoyable environment to work out in.

The Strong Center is a smaller, friendly workout space with great classes. The small training team option has great instructors and great clientele. Facilities are clean and equipment varied and in good condition. It's easy to look forward to joining in.
I started personal training sessions with Amanda over four years ago. I had planned to learn a few routines and go back to working out on my own. I soon found out that Amanda was able to motivate me to work harder than I ever thought I could. Thanks to her nutrition program, personal training sessions and boot camps, I have lost over 40 pounds and at age 53 started running and completed six 5-K races. I am stronger and feel younger than before I met her. She knows everything about fitness and nutrition and is able to explain and motivate in so many ways. I owe her so much!
Hannah is a highly competent trainer. She has excellent knowledge of human anatomy and kinesiology and applies that to training her clients. An added bonus is that Hannah also trains, so she knows the challenges and rewards of what she asks her client to do. She will take you from where you are, beginner to advanced or in-between, and adapt your training routine to suit your limitations, abilities and goals. Because Hannah is a stickler for proper technique, I never have been injured while training with her. I have trained with Hannah for one year and intend to continue. She is the best!
Let me tell you about my experience with Marinello Fitness. I contacted Daniel approximately 6 months before I was due to go to Navy Boot Camp. I was 30 years old and at 195lbs, I was overweight. I hadn't really worked out very much in my life, and so I wasn't used to doing so and as such I was very unfit. I couldn't even do five push ups and I certainly couldn't run down to the end of the a football field without being out of breath about half way there. To be able to be boot camp ready I had to lose some pounds, be able to do more push ups and sit ups as well as run 1.5 miles. I had to be able to compete with 18 years old who were fresh out of high school. It was a very intimidating prospect for my future and it left me very anxious. After contacting Daniel, he promptly got back in touch with me and after first assessing my current level of fitness, he came up with a great work out plan to help me reach my goals and that met my budget restraints. The plan was for five days a week of personal training and was not overly difficult, and he was careful to help me make sure that I didn't injure myself. He also gave exceptional advice on diet and nutrition that was healthy, and would still enable me to have delicious food. Throughout the entire process Daniel was never judgmental and was very patient, pleasant, encouraging, and always cared about my long term success, he is an amazing motivator. By the end of my time time working with Daniel I ended up being able to reach all of my goals, losing more than 20lbs, and not only meeting, but exceeding the requirements to pass Navy Boot Camp. I was able to do more sit-ups than any of the 18 year-olds that were there! If you ever have the privilege to work with Daniel, I suggest you take it. He will help you reach all of your goals in a way better than anyone else can. I also know for a fact that Daniel is always getting big dollar offers from oil rich Sheikhs in the Middle East to help them with their fitness and their golf game, so make use of him while you still have him.

She’s flexible, easy to talk to, and a great trainer! I’m always sore after training with her and I can tell she’s really helping me. I would highly recommend her for anyone!

I started working out with Ron in June 2012, and have been taking his classes multiple x a week ever since. Mainly, I'm taking Ron’s Power Reformer (Pilates) classes, but had many TRX classes with him and six months of Strength and Conditioning (weight training) as well; so, my opinion is definitely informed. The same principles were consistently applied by Ron, no matter the class type: well-rounded full-body workout that is always planned and thought out, individual attention to form, and workout intensity that always pushes my limits and helps me grow stronger (and angrier haha). All that wrapped up with a professionalism bow; Ron’s always on time, always courteous and always up for helping you meet your training goals.
I was treated with respect and yet his desire is for you to reach your goal. Steve also was encouraging and guided. He was avaliable by phone or email. He throughly got my information that pertaining to health and excersize. He followed up with me at least 1 or 2 times by email or phone. Brandon was a tremendous trainer. He motivated my son to get up and do something. His training techniques and persistence created a mentality in my son that we could not produce at home. His prices were so low it urged ne to pay him more because the service we were getting was second to none. He has a way with his personality that creates a hungry environment to learn. Made my son excited to get up and go train. Don't pass him up. Good guy personally and a great trainer professionally.
Sheryl is by far the best personal trainer to work with if you want to achiever your health and fitness goals! I had a very intense, physical training coming up for work and Sheryl undoubtedly got me where I needed to be to prepare for this long term exercise. I had knee problems at the time and she expertly tailored our work outs to strengthen my knee without causing further damage. I know I would not have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I needed to be at without Sheryl's personal attention in our training sessions. She's the best!
Love working with my future trainer. She's excellent at scheduling workouts around my busy life, and the variety I get is far beyond what I was able to do on my own. This is really a great program if you want the accountability of a real person plus the convenience of being able to do workouts wherever. I can do workouts when traveling, at home, at the gym. They also customize the workout to the gear I have available, which makes it super easy. It's also great having an app to reach out to my trainer, rather than waiting for my weekly training session to ask questions. Megan's very punctual with responses, and very understanding with all my concerns. Overall this is an excellent service. Much recommended.
