- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry about job, we send our estimator to have a look at the space and meet the customer. Then we send an estimate to review, answer customer's question about details if it should arise. Upon agreement on details customer signs the contract, makes deposit of partial amount due, and we schedule days for the job, and start working on the project. We always listen to customers' requests and ideas and giving advice on materials to meet their final desired outcome. We strive to provide best customer care and job well done in everything we do.
