I had Rats activity in my crawlspace for over a year. Few companies came and examine the crawlspace and didn't find the entry point.
Then Sam came and did a thorough examination and found 2 entry points!
He sealed them and put trapped. A week later he return to find 2 rats trapped, and the entry points were scrapped inside and outside, evidence that the Rats actually we're trying to use these entry points. Since then I have no longer an activity there (I put camera down there to monitor).
I'm super happy with the work, Sam is indeed professional, he promised to solve the problem and he well delivered. Highly recommended!

Sam was fantastic - easily one of my best experiences with Thumbtack. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently as well and treated the whole house for spiders. He was very thorough, removing webs and eggs, and applied a green/pet/kid friendly treatment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing in all categories are all very competitive in the market. All inspections are $125. Inspection fees are waved if a service is found needed and can be performed at the same time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to leave a 2-hour window for any inspection and any initial service that is to be performed. I make sure I have plenty of time to do a thorough investigation and come up with a plan of success in pest control strategy to solve any issue you may be dealing with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all licenses required through the WSDA covering all pests covered for rodents and insects that we deal with in Washington state. I have I have taken many online courses and in class classes to always further my knowledge in the full scope of pest control and all the pests that we deal with.
