We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from both Nathan and Ben. We were in a bit of a time crunch, and Nathan was very accommodating in getting us scheduled. He arrived on time, was highly professional, diagnosed the problem, and promptly ordered the part he needed. Ben came for the second appointment to install the part and discovered that there was more damage than initially thought, requiring additional parts to be ordered. Once the parts arrived, Ben returned, got straight to work, and brought our outdoor fireplace back to life. All of this was completed within a week, and we couldn’t be more thankful. These guys are phenomenal!

Seattle Air Superior did a great job diagnosing and repairing a gas fireplace insert. Nathan and his brother Ben arrived on time, performed the diagnostic inspection, clearly explained the problem and its remedy, promptly ordered repair parts, and installed the parts, then returned at no charge for a final refining adjustment. Prices were fair for the work, and their courtesy and quality service were excellent. Will use their services again. Great value!
