Good morning to all the Persian members here, I would like to take a minute and share my five star review for Mohammad Samadi. My husband and I have recently moved to San Francisco CA, and own a property in Shoreline WA. We bought our home two years ago, but due to our completely hazardous stove, and the quote we kept receiving from different contractors being so outrageously expensive, we decided to continue using a stove that was fire prone. However, once we had tenants coming in, they were very concerned. We found Mohammad, he was extremely professional in communicating with us every step of the way, he gave us a very thorough explanation of what needed to change and took it upon himself for two weeks to find us a stove that would fit our budget (mind you the stove we had was no longer considered a standard size). Which is why this project was just extremely challenging. Once the stove was found, we also wanted him to change the hood, and because that was also in a different size, he had to use his creative knowledge to get that finished with a timely manner. Mohammad was extremely communicative, very professional and one of the most efficient contractors I have ever worked with. If you want someone who has years and years of experience, has a guaranteed 2 year warranty, can be superbly trusted with your project, you MUST go with Mohammad. Also, all of this was done while we communicated over FaceTime and phone calls since I did not have the chance to actually meet him in person due to living in CA.
