Dennis did a great job for us. He arrived on time, worked continuously until he was done. He crawled across our attic twice where the temperature was at least 120. He stalled a new fan and spackled and painted the curling where the old light was installed and cleaned up everything's ng when done.

I hired Dennis to help me assemble Ikea furniture and mount shelves and mirrors in my new apartment. Dennis came by my apartment several times to complete all my odd-jobs and he was always on-time, called me to confirm the time or let me know if he was going to be early. I'm very particular about where I wanted decorative items mounted and Dennis was always very patient and helpful as I took my time to decide exactly where I wanted something hung on the wall. He does a good job for a fair price. I would recommend Dennis for any handyman needs you have around the house.

Dennis showed up in time and a bit early and worked very well on hanging our Christmas lights and removing them. He came over and made me three short hand rails for my stairs and installed them. Then he removed cardboard and paper for recycling from our move. i recommend Dennis for this type of work.

Had a manufacturing defect on the first instal,but that didn't phase Dennis. He waited while I worked out warranty issues and came to Lowes with me to exchange the part...and he never tried to renegotiate! All he cared about was doing a good job and providing good customer service.
Dennis saved me a lot of money. I had been quoted $2250 and $3200 for tank and tankless. Buying the appliance myself and having Dennis install it was the best choice I could have made.

I hired Dennis to do some major fence and post repair at my rental house. I'd never worked with him before. I contacted him via this website and he replied within 1 hour. I put 4 requests out and he was the only one who even bothered to reply. He agreed to meet me the next day to give me a quote. I accepted his reasonable quote and he started right away. He was honest, fair, eager to work and reliable. Kept me updated on his progress via cell phone and text. It's hard to find someone like Dennis that you can trust to do the work right, quickly and at a fair price. Hire him if you you're looking for a great handyman. You won't be disappointed!
