We offer 5 vacant home staging service packages: STUDIO: Ideal for homes under 800sqft. This package will include a small/apartment size Living Room, Breakfast Nook, Kitchen, Small Bedroom, Bathroom, and Artwork/Accessories. STANDARD: Ideal for homes under 1800sqft. This package will include Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Office or Second Bedroom, All Bathrooms, and Artwork/Accessories. STANDARD PLUS: Ideal for homes under 2800 sqft. This package will include 2 Living Rooms, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Second Bedroom, Office, All Bathrooms, and Artwork/Accessories. PREMIUM: Ideal for homes under 3800 sqft. This package will include 2 Living Rooms, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Second Bedroom, Third Bedroom, Office, All Bathrooms, and Artwork/Accessories. CUSTOM: Ideal for homes over 3800 sqft. This package will include all that the Premium package offers, plus extra additional spaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* CONSULTATION: Clients will typically send their consultation request via our website, our team will then provide a detailed quote. Once the client accepts, our team will coordinate with the client to schedule the on-site visit, staging day, and de-staging day. * ON-SITE VISIT: Our team will conduct an on-site visit to your property, so we can assess the space, as well as take photos for planning. * STAGING DAY: Our team will deliver and arrange all furniture and accent decorations to the client's property. * DE-STAGING DAY: Our team will visit the property one last time to remove all furniture and accent decorations used for the staging project.
