Zoila was fantastic!!! Thumbtack limits reviewers to 3 of their 5 values, which is unfair to the business. Amazing Cleaning Services excelled at all five!! Zoila deserves to have Punctuality and Value listed right up there with the rest. Punctuality & Responsiveness - I initially contacted Zoila regarding a move-out clean for my adult son. I’m in Portland, OR, he’s in Renton, WA. She not only responded within minutes; she adjusted her schedule to meet with him that night to quote a price for a clean the next day. Every communication with Zoila was addressed promptly and within minutes. Huge relief when one is moving and trying to schedule movers, painters, cleaners, and carpenters. Zoila was prompt, punctual, and very responsive. Professionalism - While my son had a plan, it did not work out entirely as smoothly as intended. After the movers came and left, she showed up to a home still piled with boxes in the living room, big dog, dog beds, dirt and long white dog hair everywhere, walls literally brown from years of wet doggy dirt brushing up on it. Bedroom furniture still in place, clothes strewn around waiting to be packed, bathroom toiletries on counter, and a kitchen that wasn’t totally packed. Not a scene one would expect for a move-out clean. Zoila not only kept the appointment and accommodated him by working around his belongings, she offered to do it in two appointments!!! Do not do that to her. Work Quality & Value – Zoila’s pricing was very competitive. She had her work cut out for her and more than excelled. She washed walls and trim for painters next day; several walls were so clean, repainting wasn’t necessary saving paint and labor. This house was a pure pack-rat, bachelor’s pad and home to an incredibly sweet, large, and very old, long-haired dog. I wish I had taken before and after pictures of what she showed up to work around the first time, and the final move-out after pictures. Sadly, pictures were not a thought as we packed up over 10 years of accumulated items. From the bottom of this momma’s heart, a big, big thank you to Amazing Cleaning Services, Zoila is truly amazing at providing cleaning services. Miracle worker in my book - I know I didn't have it in me to clean it.

My folks home isn't a biohazard anymore! The range that was covered with more than a decade of grease looks almost new. They not only did a great job, but they also handled my octogenarian parents who don't want to ask for help extremely well. I'm going to make sure they are coming back on the regular.

Wow! Superb cleaning! We just moved to a new house and wanted a good clean before moving in. Zoila cleaned all of the doors, window blinds and kitchen cabinets. It is clean and fresh and I am ready to move in!! Could not be more pleased!!

the prices vary according to the project. but after a short visit to check the house that is going to be cleaned it is easy to give an estimate Our prices are competitive compared with the big companies, but the quality of our work will be much better than any of them can provide.

Normally I make an appointment to visit them for a free estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I start as an employee in a big company, and when I see the poor quality of cleaning service they provide, I decide to open a company which will provide an excellent cleaning service and an exceptional quality job.
