Tony did excellent job grading and installing SOD in my front yard. It has weeds overgrown and there are many rocks and debris and slightly slopped. His bobcat was nimble and powerful enough to do the job very quickly. He cleaned all the junks and cleaned the driveway, the end result looks really good. highly recommend him for any jobs especially that requires heavy equipment.

I am so impressed with the work that Precision did. He removed very thick bushes, removed a tree, and all the grass around it. The lot looks so much bigger and neater. Price was very fair. He was friendly, punctual, communicated well, completed the job in a day, and cleaned up the street and my driveway Completely. He is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time. I would recommend him and hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the project the bigger the more materials we have to use and also increase the labor. Accessibility is also essential when we quote a job, some projects have to be done by hand due to pore accessibly to work with machinery, and doing projects by hand takes more time than working with machinery. We have mini Skid steers that are very lightweight and 90% fit through very narrow spaces, For small jobs and big jobs we have the equipment to handle any size.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do enjoy listening to my clients and ask details about what they want to achieve with their projects.

I worked with different landscape companies and i gained a lot of experience.
