Gentleman had immediate availability to help with the clogged sink in our bathroom. He showed up at the appointed time and fixed the issue. My husband was impressed that he cleaned out the sink plumbing from under the sink instead of just sending the snake down from above. He moved existing plumbing in several wall locations, added shut off valves to my unit, installed a new toilet with concealed tank, installed a new shower drain, and updated existing plumbing for installation of free standing tub and full shower system. Art is hands down the best plumber/handyman I have ever worked with. He completely remodeled two bathrooms in my home, and they look absolutely beautiful! Eddie is AMAZING! We had a strange situation where a perfume bottle fell out of our bathroom medicine cabinet into the sink and cracked the sink. Apparently the vanity we have is a unique type and was impossible to find a replacement. After contacting Eddie not only did he confirm he could fix it, but he drove to 2 separate places and somehow found a match! He came the next day and installed it - just in time before we had to head out of town. He saved Christmas!!! We are so thankful for Eddie and the work and effort he put in. On top of his quality work, he is a wonderful human! He’s kind, understanding and takes pride in his work. Hopefully we don’t have the same incident happen again, but we will be calling Eddie for any other plumbing work we need done in the future. I’ll also be recommending him to our friends and family!

I contacted Jason on 9/30/25, he provided me with an estimate & a start date. His first attempt on 10/6 did not fully cover surfaces of either bathroom. He planned on coming back 10/7 but then Amazon didn’t deliver additional product until mid day. 10/8 he came back to do 2nd coat. Returned to do ‘touch up’ but surface had globs & drips & flecks of dust. I paid in full on 10/10 with a commitment from him to return on Wed 10/15 to complete the work. At 10am the morning of 10/10 he texted to say he was running late, 4 minutes later a text asking if we could move the time to Fri 10/17 @9am so that he would have more time to apply a coat with a heat gun. Text on Fri 10/17 @ 830am: he was picking up a rental because his van had broken down, he arrived 2.5 hours later. Job still was not right. He said he would come back on Sat 10/18. He texted Sat. 18th to say he needed to move it to Mon 10/20 because he was exhausted. I texted him w/pics regarding globs, drips & poor coverage. He responded: "I started using that product because it’s less offensive. It’s not got as many chemicals in it, but I’m not really liking the results.” At which point he chose to go w/marine paint from Amazon. He could not get back here until Fri 10/24. 10:44am Fri 10/24 he couldn’t find a store that carried the paint. (Not sure why he hadn’t ordered it Mon. when we discussed problems with first product. After much back & forth trying to find the paint he agreed to come back Tue 10/28 9a.m. He was late because of traffic. He worked until 2pm applying the marine paint. He never said goodbye, sent a text that said 'Have to spot sand and touch up once dried’ He left me know instructions, the VOC was off the charts. I had to wear a mask indoors for 5 days. I had to cancel appointments because I had no working bathroom for my office. He tracked paint across tile, cork, hardwood & carpet. When I texted pictures, he suggested using Simple Green to remove it. Wed 10/29 he texted to say that he passed out on the way home, he would not be working the rest of the week & that 'the tub is ok to use’ Mind you there are no working fixtures on either tub & every thing in both bathrooms is still cover with paper. After more back/forth about ongoing delays, what product to use & issues with his sprayer he offered to come Sat, Sun or maybe Mon. On Fri 10/31 texted saying he wanted to renegotiate the price, complaining of the 2 hr. commute to this job, he was going to buy ‘ a nicer sprayer’ & that he was ‘not even breaking even’. I agreed to the additional charges as long as the job gets done right. He wanted to come on Sun.11/2. I was out of town & asked if he could come Sat. 11/1 as he had previously offered. He could not as it was his childs birthday. I committed to Monday 1pm, then realized I had a doctors appointment & offered to cut my trip short & be back here Sun by 1130am. He texted Sat. 11/1 ‘Ok”. I texted him on Sun. 11/2 @1015am to say see you soon. At 12:09pm he had not arrived. I called him & left a voicemail. At 12:29pm I texted him. No reply. TWO DAYS LATER: He texted- 'My phone was lost or stolen just got it back on with a replacement’ I responded by text to let him know that I had chosen to hire another contractor to complete this project. I am so frustrated by this interaction. I have never, in the last 20 years of house projects, had such a miserable experience, poor to NO communication & what appears to be just an experiment for him on what products & equipment to use. Not sure what his plumbing skills are like but I would not recommend for any reglazing.
