They attended to the issue less than a day after I reached out, which immediately set them apart. Ron, the plumber they sent, is clearly very experienced — he diagnosed and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. Compared to other plumbers I've hired for similar problems, Ron was able to locate the leak with far fewer openings to the drywall, which saved me a lot of hassle and repair work. There was a small follow-up visit needed due to a minor issue, but even though the service had already been paid for, All Drain Solutions was very responsive when I brought it to their attention. Ron dropped by on a Saturday to take care of it at no extra cost, which really speaks to the kind of service they provide. I would recommend All Drain Solutions without hesitation for leaks and general plumbing needs."See more

Michael J. says, "In December, I reached out to Brennan Heating for support via their web form, but never heard back. In March, Brennan Heating reached out to me by phone to schedule their annual HVAC maintenance. I took this opportunity to describe the problem I was having in December and asked them to send a technician who could troubleshoot it.However, this recent appointment fell victim to a bit of miscommunication. I let the person scheduling the appointment know that I needed help from someone who could troubleshoot my Carrier smart thermostat. I described the problem in detail. They gave me the name of the person they had scheduled for that visit. But the person who arrived was someone else, who happened to be unfamiliar with the thermostat and unable to operate it without help, so I didn't bother asking them to troubleshoot it. That said, they were able to fulfill the main reason for their visit (HVAC and water heater maintenance), though.I called to let them know that I still needed help with troubleshooting the smart thermostat, so they scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day and gave me the name of the technician they chose for that follow-up appointment. Again the person who actually showed up was different, but that person was able to confidently troubleshoot (and solve) the problem.Key takeaways:(1) Don't expect Brennan Heating to reply to anything you post to their web site's Contact Us form.(2) If Brennan Heating sends a technician who can't solve all of your HVAC problems in one visit, they'll schedule follow-up visits until the problem is solved.Giving four stars because Brennan Heating did quickly schedule a follow up visit and did send someone who was able to complete the maintenance and fix the problem at no extra cost."See more

His team was awesome and efficient, and Deep also goes above and beyond to work with you and explain your options.I called 15-20 plumbers asking them how much they would charge to run a chain snake down my pipes and ALL of them wanted to come visit before providing estimates.Deep was the only one that took the information I provided on the problem, provided a few different solutions, and gave me a rough range which is EXACTLY what I was looking for.The next day his team was out there to fix the issue.
