- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the actual scope of work, materials, and site conditions. We provide detailed written estimates after an on-site visit so there are no surprises. We don’t charge for estimates, and we help clients choose materials that fit their budget. For larger projects we can offer phased scheduling and bundle pricing when multiple services are completed together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial call or message to understand the project. Free on-site estimate and measurements. We review options, materials, and budget ranges. Detailed written proposal and timeline. Contract signing and scheduling. Construction, updates, and final walkthrough. We focus on clear communication and fast turnaround.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed general contractor and work with experienced, insured crews and specialized subcontractors. Our team follows current building codes, manufacturer installation standards, and industry best practices for flooring, tile, drywall, remodeling, and exterior work.
