KT's Hospitality did a wonderful job catering our corporate event. They delivered exactly what we needed and provided all of the extra supplies for a great presentation. The food was delicious and their prices were very reasonable. Jessica was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
The Great Surprisal was hired to be our event coordinator as well as serving as our emcee. This is an annual dinner/fundraiser for a small non-profit. Amelia worked with us from the beginning finding a caterer, hiring musicians, working with venue, coordinating volunteers for our silent auction as well as other parts of our evening. We increased our net income by over 25%! We had used the venue before but with the creativity and cost conscious Great Surprisal we had a totally transformed 'gym' from years gone by. Past attendees commented on the greatly improved environment, excellent food and the overall sense of a better-planned event. We will work with The Great Surprisal again and encourage others to do so. Last year we worked with The Great Suprisal as an emcee only. Customers should definitely check out 'Gina' as an addition to a party or event. We are very pleased with The Great Surprisal's work ethic and creativity of working on a limited budget.

I could not more pleased with the food and the professionalism of Chef Emme. In planning our corporate event for 70 people, she worked with us to create the menu that we wanted within the budget that we had available. Her professionalism was also top notch. I had not been able to secure chafing trays or enough canned heat to accommodate the order that I had made, but Chef Emme came prepared with extra supplies on hand to meet a need that I did not yet know I had. She even helped us set up the event and gave us invaluable advice on how to keep the food warm and delicious throughout our event. I highly recommend Chef Emme for her food, her service, and for the ease of doing business with her. It could not have been easier to document and pay our invoice, or to work with her on late changes.
I contacted Evan to MC/DJ at a semi-formal wedding reception that my Husband and I were hosting. Most of the planning for the event was done only 3 weeks ahead of the even and infact I contacted Evan through Thumbtack only about 10 days before my event. He was very easy to work with and super communicative. We had a few back and forth emails where I described my expectations and then on the day of, I briefly explained the order of the afternoon. Everything went off without a glitch. He was so helpful because I hadn't had the time to send him a playlist earlier to prep and on the day of at the event, my cousins and friends gave him a playlist and he played them without any complaints!! A few of our friends complimented how professional he was.
Shelby, from Shine Event Design is absolutely amazing. My mom and I hired Shelby to do the overall design and floral arrangements for my wedding this October at Salish Lodge, and we were absolutely blown away by the service and results we received. My vision and preferences were entirely realized and Shelby is a gem to work with. She is very responsive, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, and she is comes up with beautiful, unique, and creative ideas. We were so impressed with everything she brought to the table, and know that my wedding would not have come together without her. Really I can not say enough positive things about my experience. I would 100% hire Shine Event Design for any future events I am in charge of.

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Cherelle and her husband Igor. I had the lovely opportunity to work with Cherelle after finding her on Craigslist. With a very tight budget for our wedding I did not think I could afford a wedding decorator but decided to reach out to her and at least ask. She said she could work with any budget and definitely worked with mine. Throughout the whole process from start to finish Cherelle has been amazing! I am a very picky and indecisive person and Cherelle helped me find my vision for our wedding. She texted me very often her ideas and sent pictures of DIYs she did for our wedding. She even stopped by my house 3 days before the wedding to pick up extra flowers I had picked from my parents garden to use for the wedding since I could not exceed my budget for more floral and wanted bigger centerpieces. She never once made me feel bad about being on such a limited budget and instead helped brainstrom ideas to find alternative options to create my vision of the wedding. I loved how she responded very quickly to all my emails and text and really helped take a lot of weight off my shoulders. As a bride, I had so much on my plate, it was nice to have someone that was my go to person for the decorating. I received a great amount of compliments on our decor and am so blessed to have worked with such a passionate person who truly went above and beyond! Not only was Cherelle professional throughout the entire process, she is such a genuine person and made me feel like I was planning my wedding with a friend and just bouncing ideas off each other. She made the experience fun and it was so exciting to see the finished piece of art on our wedding day. Without using her services, I know my wedding would not have been as beautiful or even close to it. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her services.
