Simon gave the most professional service imaginable. He responded back within minutes of my request for a quote and scheduled me for the very same weekend - on a Sunday! His communication was professional and prompt. His process was very easy and smooth. He provided me an exact appointment time and texted and called to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he helped me locate the vent (on the roof which I did not know). He had given me a thorough quote so I knew exactly how much extra I would have to pay for roof access. He completed the job thoroughly but still quickly. All the while, he gave me an explanation for what was going on and why he was doing what he did. I now know so much more about dryers and vents. His invoice process was quick, easy, and detailed. I could pay with CC but also with venmo or Apple pay. He was very kind and trustworthy to deal with. Definitely will use him again and recommend him to everyone who needs HVAC/ dryer services. Thank you Simon!

Overall, very professional and customer friendly, arrived on time. It was immediately apparent that we needed more work than the offered special would provide. No pushy sales, just reasonable offer of service. Thorough cleaning was approved. Seemed a bit expensive, but probably in line with others. Seeing immediate results from clean ducts and furnace. Much more quiet and efficient. Very glad we did this. They provided a free follow on cleaning a year from now.

Did a good job, didn't have enough cash on hand to pay due to unexpected cost increase (our dryer vent run is unique in that it's 10-15ft long and had to be cleaned from both ends) and StarDucts was willing to follow my husband to the ATM to get more cash. Respectful. Only 4 star because the price increase was around $100 more than we thought we were going to pay.
