- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're considering working with me as your personal trainer, mindset coach, and wellness coach, here's what you can expect from our collaboration. In our first session together, we'll dive deep into the foundational aspects of your fitness journey. We'll focus on the six major areas of the body and design a custom workout plan that's tailored to your unique needs and goals. During this time, I'll also introduce what I call my "foundational stance," where we'll cover proper posture, placement, and core engagement for all exercises. We'll go through 6-8 exercises in the first session, allowing us to identify any weaker or stronger areas that may require special attention. From there, we'll develop a plan that sets you up for success and helps you achieve your goals. Once we've established your initial plan, we'll implement programming every 6-8 weeks, depending on your goals. You'll have access to my fitness app, where you can download your custom exercises and routines to use at home or during our sessions together. be working towards. After the consult, we will go over a squat assessment, core stability assessment, lower body assessment, and upper body strength test. From there we will talk and discover the 7 main muscle categories of the body that we will be using to get to you goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certifications are through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I have been working with fitness all of my life starting with a pair of tap and jazz shoes, to basketball pumps, and today with minimals and hiking boots. I have a passion for mobility and strength to increase the overall production of the body. I travel to and attend workshops and seminars quarterly related to health and fitness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up immersed in dance and sports, developing a deep appreciation for the power of an active lifestyle and a strong body. But more than that, I also discovered a passion for helping others achieve their best selves, both physically and mentally. With years of experience in personal training, mindset coaching, and wellness consulting, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client interaction. And with a warm and supportive approach, I am committed to helping each person reach their unique goals and transform their lives.
